    +4 Swing arm

    Just picked up this very nice looking +4 Swing arm on a trade. The gentleman said it was a Tony Doukas racing +4. It does measure 23” from center to center so I guess that’s right. I’ve never extended an ATV before. The guy said I need a new carrier and bearings. If you can tell from the pics do I need to order the “round” style carrier?? Also I’ll need a longer chain, 130 links? And longer brake lines. Is this everything? Thanks Josh
  6. Just any FYI if you ship something worth anything take pics and document how you had it packed. I shipped some stuff UPS on time and I swear it looked like they threw it off the truck driving 80MPH of course it fucked everything inside up but I had it insured.......After 3-4 hrs worth of phone calls they said it was my fault because I didn't have it packaged to their specs. I lost in the deal

  9. I've got a 4mil on stock ported Kevin did his Hardcore MX port and it works great made 61 HP on pump gas switching to race gas and pods I'd like to see 66-67 with that set up???? The power is good all around OK low end good mid range and the power still comes on up top

  12. bought a used head yesterday the domes that were in it are marked "22" "4" I'll assume that they are 22cc but what is the "4" I get a set from FAST 19cc for a 4mil and they are marked "19" "+2" So the 1st number is the cc. whats the 2nd?

  18. Bought my 4mil used here on the board got a very fair deal (good for the buyer and seller IMO) Sold my stock crank to a guy on the board. Gave him a family price (75 shipped) just to help him out. Seemed like a very nice guy and needed a little help glad I could help him So long story short ......I'd be looking for a used one

  21. Put in my 4mil with my new port job running a set of 34PJ's 152 Mail 48 Pilot this is a plug chop from wide open 1-5 Pic isn't great but can you tell anyting?

  23. Just split the case and put in a 4mil crank. I also put in a FAST clutch with heavy duty springs at the same time. Put a few hours on the new setup over the past few days and it just isn’t shifting right to me. I have tons of trouble “finding” neutral and the shifts don’t feel has crisp now. It stills goes into every gear just feels completely different than before, and I could always get it into N easy. The clutch feels great pulling out, seems to engage and disengage just fine. I didn’t mess with anything in the transmission when I had the case open either. IDEAS what I’ve done wrong?
