That sounds right on. I looked again I didnt even chop my wires i just crimped some ends on my two prong plug wires that would fit right into the stock harness. Like they said i dont think i have a high and low beam but who cares. As for the 55 watts you can always get Ricky Stators 200watt light output stator and be just fine. I think they are under $200 now

If they are prolites the size is right on top of the piston, but if you have rode it for two years it might take a little cleaning to get the build up off. Unless you run Motul.

well this has been gone over a few times, but it will all come down to personal preference. I know Jim at passion does a good job. Another builder that also ports said that. So that has to say something. The other builder is James Crowder out of Pearl Miss. That is who will most likely be doing all of mine from now on. Hell i would say that is steep for a 98 even. Someone else on here has an 01 for 1200.

U can absolutly run em. I have ran hella 500's almost 10 years now i would say. I choped the ends and put 2 prong plugs on so i could take them off and on( after I broke a few of them). Anyway I just went and looked I am only using the yellow and black wires..

NO JAWS you risk warping you flywheel. Just do a search on ebay for banshee flywheel puller and you will see what they look like. and if you need to use penetrating oil then you need to trash that piece of crap impact and get a good one.

More than likely it is a weak spring like he said. Tear into it and take it off and squeeze that spring to make it a little tighteron the starter shaft. If that helps like he said you might want to get a new one.

I have an RZ tranny i would probably sell if you are interested let me know. I dont remember the exact ratio diffrences betweent the two.

Those are all good things to check. One more though. make sure your jets are tight. I recall having some problems like that and my buddy found some loose jets.
