Pro Design cool heads do not use stock studs. They need to be longer.

What year is your banshee cases? Are they numbers matching cases? As far as my end i am talking about very good RZ cases and the RZ tranny gear clusters. No forks or drum. Let me know thanks Joe

yeah i plan on keeping the forks, but you might want to take another look at the RZ top case where the cylinders set down on them. If you set Banshee cylinders on RZ cases and take a look under the cylinder in the front of the motor you will notice that the rubber water plug that is on the bottom of the banshee cylinder is kinda hanging out there in the middle of nowhere. I just didnt want to get a good 4mm motor together and have that thing blow out. As for a tach you just need some older banshee cases. They still have the holes for the tach. I think they would be before 95. If you can take a look at that set up and let me know what you think. Later Joe

What is the stuff like that is coming out of the silencers?Thick? One of my buddies had a crank seal leak and he said some thick junk came out of his pipes, but you said you where runnig tranny fluid so maybe you could smell the diffrence between that and oil.

I have this damn RC setting here that never sees the outside. It is a XTM Mammoth. Over 50mph stock but this one has the high dollar Sirio .27 monster big block in it. I still have some fuel left out of the only gallon i have ever bought. It has carbon fiber shock towers and i have a bunch of spare parts. I am thinking about getting rid of it, and i think i want to try out a set of +2+1 a arms.

Hurry up and get that spare done i might need one in LS.

I have an excellent set of RZ cases and RZ tranny. I am wanting a good set of banshee cases to put a spare motor together with.

Hell i will even throw in a boost bottle

How easy is it to F up the pick up coil?

If i am not mistaken The clutch boss is the name of the grabbit tool you are refering too.

Wellllllll. I slapped it on there today and kicked on it for a little bit. It did not seem to like it the +5 advance i had. kinda coughing instead of starting. Fortunaltly i have the easy adjustment on my plate. Just have to loosen a couple allen heads and move the pick up coil. So i figured since the tabs where a little longer i probably had to much advance. So i backed it up to around stock or -1 and it started right up the first kick sounded good. I should have let it be but i wanted to see how far i could go so i got it started up around +2... not bad tried a little more got the pick up coil a little close nicked it a couple times but it kept running, so i adjusted it and now the damn thing wont start for nothin. took the plugs out and they where wet. Didnt have any new ones laying around so i tried to clean them off and stick em back in but still nothing. I hope i just fouled the plugs but i think that is wishful thinking. Not real sure what happend. But anyway it doesnt seem to take much to get a RZ flywheel to work. Just dont need any advance to speek of. Maybe 1 or 2 deg tops.
