When I received this banshee that I have now, the motor was not in the quad cuz it needed to be rebuilt. Now I'm putting it back to together and have a question about the carbs. Is there any cross over hose's between the carbs them selves. Not talkin the boost bottle. Any feedback would be appriecated.

I'm in the middle of doing the same thing. I just connected the black and red wires together. Looking at the schematic, it should work. I didnt test for spark yet cuz I'm still waiting for some parts to arrive. It should work.

This is my first Banshee rebuild. When I was reading the paper work that came with the pistons, it mentioned drilling three lubrication holes in the piston if it has an exhaust bridge. Not sure if it does or not. When i got this motor, it didnt have a top end so cant look at the old pistons. Do I have to drill these holes?

So I picked up this shee that needs to be put back together. Ive never owned a Banshee so these quads are new to me. My question is what jets and needle postion should I run with 66mm bore, full gold series FMF pipes and a K&N filter with an open lid. Im in PA at around sea level i guess. Any helpfull hints will be appreicated.
