Also if your installing these carbs to replace carbs with tors, You can just remove all the TORS wiring. The E brake wires can also be removed. I just cut all that shit out of my harness.

I just remove the lever from the perch and the cable goes right in. Than just slide the lever back in. Works for me.

If your not sure what to do your best bet is to take the motor to a shop. They will mic the insides and see what you need for pistons if you have scoring. They will hone it up and get your ring end gap right. That way if it blows up you can blame them.

If your in NJ, find the latest Tresure hunt classifieds. There is a PC yellow frame for 300 hundy. I threw it out so dont have the number.

I did the TOHC. Tripple. Had to soder the cams in tho.

I got this Banshee in a box project going on. All the parts were in a boxes so I dont know how somethings came apart. Its all done except the pipes. Now my question is when I slip the pipes on the exhaust ports, do the cups of the pipes need to slip all the way up till they hit the cylinder or just till they are snug on the O-rings. I would think they need to go all the way up but Im having a hell of a time doing it. Any input would be great.

The TORS are those big switch assemblies mounted on top of your carbs. You cant miss them.

Fuck dat. Take the motor to his shop and fuckin throw it at him. Then stand out in front of his shop and tell all the people walkin in how shady this mother fucker is. Clip most likely wasnt seated correctly.
