    Im going to assume you have new plugs, cut back wires to caps, the slides are in properly along with proper pickup gap and clean and properly jetted carbs... Since it sounds like you have tried a few things I would go ahead and do a leakdown test. If your new stator and flywheel are afyermarket peices its likely they are junk. Stick to oem stuff

    Your comparing pipes on 2 different motors.. There are a few dyno comparisons on your setup In the dyno room. Have you checked them out? The cc difference and port layout would likely make the cpi feel entirely different than that of your friends stock cyl.

    Did you take the needle out of the slide?

    Measure ring gap. It can tell you quick if its not right

    No problem.. How are you running 64mm pistons thats pretty rare

    Put that needle on richest setting and try it.. then get an eek needle like Dixie recomended
