  1. You dont need that junk spring basket. Like green said Mattoon cushions. Im surprised you got 5 years out of those red cushions. Pure trash
  2. Ive ran a motor with 120 and 150 psi for a few more duning seasons like that. I wouldnt worry about 10% difference. Thats real world experience not technically by the book someone made up.

  7. Santa Claude = best engineer/machinist on HQ
  8. I bought a brandnew banshee in 2000. Bone stock except paddles. I was playing around in the field, then my fat morbidly obese brother wanted to ride it. He Started hole shotting wide open dumping the clutch. Then I got back on and felt a vibration. My crank spun and started to come apart. So begun the breakdown for the first time. Moral of the story, with the right load it can and will come out of true.
  9. I dont know of a spray can that can really put a nice glossy finish. Although ive never tried either. Your best bet would be a real base/clear job. If done right, it will look light years better then anything else and last as well.
  10. I never looked at headlight brackets as being "alot" of modding. Since I build full chassis'. I look at those brackets as a not very difficult. But if your not capable or have the means to do it. I get it, making those adapters.
  11. Yea true, dont want to mod a frame at all. Cause what if you ever need a new frame.
  12. Why dont you just do it right and cut off the stock mount and make a new one to the correct dimensions and weld it up. Ffs making it way to complicated.
  13. Sometimes you need to take more off the carb to get the idle screws to go in far enough
  14. Springs are to long or the wrong diameter. Or tip of screw is cut.
