  1. Misfiring can be hurt rings. Have you checked compression?
  2. I got 2 of them also. Never leaked either.
  3. Just mark all connectors before removing. Then take it off and start cutting. Use electrical tape, shrink wrap, flex tube, whatever. Not very complicated
  4. Who built it? Why dont you ask him? I rebuild, and or inspect even when my bike runs great. Could be lean for all we know causing the symptoms
  5. If your builder used .012 and it ran good and you were happy with it. Yea just get a .012 to put back in.
  6. Yup, I actually hit the case side then the cover side with a smooth layer of grease. Then sit the gasket on cover then slide 2 bolts through it, pick it up and slide on.
  7. Put grease on both sides of gasket.
  8. Why are you so concerned with plugs? Just tune it to where it runs correctly. Thats how you learn.
  9. Chariot has smaller cooling ports on the inside of domes. They will flow less then other heads.
  10. I think all these different cad drawings and getting several people involved to build a chassis that might not even work. The whole thing just sounds stupid
  11. Pm me if you really want to build a swinger and subframe. I have all measurements and tube sizes to use. There is a ton of savings doing it yourself. And if you are like me, I like one off parts that the average joe just cant go and buy.
  12. Im not saying its a bad job. Im pointing out things so people can see what you did there. Simple but effective way to get desired results.
  13. Whoever did that frame used all the stock frame parts and modified them. The front rails were pied and bent in together right after the stock shock mounts. You can see the bumper mount holes also. And all the Aarm tabs are all stock. So he used all the stock lower rails and upper Aarm rails. And by the location of steering bearing, bet it has crazy bump steer.
  14. Is that sealant around the seals too?
  15. Full throttle plugs chops only read main jet. Dialing the carbs off idle is a completly different thing. It can run good past half throttle and have good plugs. But lean on 1 side due to slides out of sync, a/f screw adjustment, pilot might be dirty, idle screws holding up a slide etc.. but all that might be a lil complicated for you at this time
  16. Ok there +2s of some kind then!
  17. Stock Aarms, stock shocks that are upside down, cpi inframes. Nothing special. And the dude filming is clueless.
  18. Ffs
  19. Proper steering axis is not as important on offroad atvs. For many reasons.
  20. I googled and found some answers.
  21. Does anybody have any details on the outlaw chassis? Like front length(stock?), rake, caster, shock lengths? Etc... Im interested in building one. Maybe even with some improvements once I get baseline measurments
