  1. Well I had the shee out this weekend and I must of hit something because I broke the top bolt that holds the axle to my swingarm. Then the chain popped off and I got towed 10 miles back to the truck. I got a new bolt and got it all back together. I jacked the rear tires up and ran the bike and noticed my chain is wobbling left to right a little bit, is this normal or is something bent? I dont have a skid plate but will be getting on now lol.
  2. Well I was out riding yesterday and the pivot bolt broke, an and the chain popped off. Does anyone know why that would happen? Has anyone used the pivot bolt kit from east cost atv on ebay?

  5. I just put on 30mm last week, I have pro circuit pipes, v force reeds, mild port job, and a cool head. My pilots are 55 and mains 160 needle clip in the middle. Im in cleveland so its cold out but my banshee will start on the first or second kick. I only choke one carb and dont use the throttle when I start it.
  6. Im pretty sure i will be coming out saturday morning but i wont be camping just ride all day and come back to cleveland.
  7. I just got the kit from motion pro, it seems pretty nice and was easy to work with.
  8. yeah you will have to get new jets for the carb but the float and needle valve are new. I dont know what its worth but i would get rid of it for like $150
  9. thanks for the info, but i ended up switching to dual 30mm carbs and now it runs great. I think that the 35mm carb had something wrong with it.
  10. Did you find one, I have a trinity setup that come with a quad I just bought, I'm switching back over to dual carbs. I will have it off this weekend if you are interested let me know. 175 plus shipping has 35mm Keihin pwk carb.

  12. Im in clevelan ohio and i have a K and N inside the stock box but the box is open, how does the clip position effect the richness? Is it the further up the richer it is?
  13. yeah the needle is the mid clip and the pilot is a 40 not a 50, the main is 142
  14. i put a new float and needle in it with the new jets, i started with a 42 pilot. i think the needle is on the middle clip but i will pull it apart and double check. Thanks for all the info and I will let you know what i find.
  15. Got the needle out its a DEK, does going to EEK lean it out?

  17. I have no bottom end power and when its at idle it will drip oil out of the pipes, it seems like at the top of 2nd and 3rd its the strongest. It will foul the plugs in 15 minutes just ideling. I think the pilot jet is a 48 and the main is 142. I dont know the needle type but i will pull it out. Should I change the main, pilot and needle?
  18. I just picked up my first Banshee and right now it has a 35mm single carb kit on it. The problem I'm having is its running too rich, smoking too much and dripping oil out of the pipes. I talked to carb parts warhouse and he got me a different pilot jet but didnt seem to do much. The mods include pro circuit pipes, v force reeds, an aftermarket head, the previous owner told me it was bored .30. I'm thinking of getting another 35mm carb and running dual carbs. The original owner gave me the stock carbs, intake and throttle setup. Can I run 35mm carbs with the stock intakes? And should I run the boost bottle with them? Does anyone have a picture of this setup, do you still use the stock airbox or two serperate air filters?
