Make sure you crossover tube is hooked up ( if you have stock carbs its the tube running between them) if that's hooked up just play with you idle screws/ tors tops.

Looks like you are leaking some out of the head. I would put 2 new plugs in and see how it runs. Also doing a compression test will tell you alot about how much life the motor has left and also give you a clue as to why its so hard to start.

Gwin after the list price is offered I would think anything coming off the list price would even out the fees. For example. I'm selling a date with RRLs girl.
