Run a hose from the bleeder into container. Ensure that brake fluid is above the bottom of the hose. Open the bleeder, keep the reservior full and pump until no air comes out. After that go back to the norman way of bleeding brakes.
I look at all my toys and think they will break. That is why they are toys. My shee is a toy. I expect it to break. My jet ski was a toy and I expected it to break. I really believe having fun costs money. It just depends what you want to spend it on. If they don't break then I don't think you are having any fun.
I did run it that way for a while. I noticed the compression loss about 8-10 engine hours ago. went from 145 to 120 but ran good. It finally dropped to 100 and I figured it was time to tear it apart. Didn't expect to see the ring gone.
This sucks. Now I know why compression went down in 1 cylinder.
I looked on the pistons and couldn't find anything referring to their size. Would this mean that they are stock. I will be carrying them to the machine shop this week so I will know for sure then but I wanted a general idea.
That is a good job. I was in cruise missile maintenance for 10 years and watched those guys work. We call them indoor loaders. 2W2's I believe. Now I am involved with testing cruise missiles. Even more fun. Basic will be easy. Just let them play the mental game and it is easy. Once out of there life is good. Take it easy and see you in six weeks.
