Another photo of piston particle damage done to case

I split the cases on my engine a minute ago and found one of the pins on the clutch side outer crank bearing wasnt in the hole on the bottom of the bearing seat on the case and made a indentation on the corner of the case where my finger is pointing. on the other side there is a factory machined slot for that pin to lay in and not on the other side. also the piston blew apart in a million peices and scraped and dented the case where the crank rotates. Do I need another set of cases?

Was wondering what pipes people were running with the 421 serval top end? Ive got a set of Paul Turner midrange pipes and wasnt sure if I needed to get a different set to utilize all power.

Im looking for insight on picking out new suspension for my banshee. First off, I ride trails and sand. Occasionally will jump but nothing huge. When Im feelin ballsy I will hop on the dirtbike. Is it worth spending $2500 on Elka front and rear shocks with a +2+1 a arm setup? Ive been looking on ebay and atvgalaxy has a stage 3 elka kit with laeger or lonestar a arms. I just am not sure if I should spend that kinda money on shocks if Works are a good upgrade? Looking for a smooth ride. The pogo stick I have now is a back breaker. How often do you guys rebuild Elka shocks? Is it spendy? I read in another post that long travel kit for the banshee made it tippy and shakey. Is that what you guys found? This happened to me also. For some reason teh two paul turner national cylinders were ported differently. The left side intake bridge was grinded down to a point. and the right side intake bridge was flattened.

Do these get alot of pant leg burn?

Is it possible to repair a seriously damaged cylinder? the intake bridge got broken out and the ports got a good beating. I wasnt sure if there are any shops out there that can fix catastrophies like that. Any ideas? Anyone have a set of ported cylinders theyd like to sell?
