Hey guys, I just purchased an oem modified clutch cover to fit a lockup. I was wondering if any of you knew where I could purchase a red tinted lens for this. They only offer clear and smoked. I know DD sells replacement colored lenses in a 12 bolt patter, but I don't know if they would fit.

Alright, I'm considering building a serval after my stock motor decides to pop, or I might just do it over the winter month to give myself something to do. Anyways I was wondering exactly what I need to make this setup 100% and I was wonder what kind of top speed you guys have been getting, because I tend to road rip alot between trail and I don't want to stay on them for long. ok so heres a list of mod I already know I will probably need. I'm gonna buy everything from M&M btw. Complete 4mil perfomace kit, which includes heads, domes, pistons, and all that good stuff Lockup clutch with HD clutch kit Shearer inframe pipes vforce 3 reeds oh im gonna be running pump fuel which ranges from 91-93. so if you guys have any opinions on what else would make this build perfect plz let me know, and if you guys can let me know what kind of top speeds you're getting that'll help, so when i do a friendly drag or 2 on the dirt roads i know what i can take or not. Plz don't poop on my because there are already tons of thread out there on this, i've look at alot of them and it still doesn't seem to answer all my questions. thanks.

Ok so last season myself on my banshee, cousin on his rappy 700, and friend on his blaster. We were heading back to my house for lunch when my friends 4-wheeler just stops running. We had a hard time to start it for a while, so we checked to see if the air filter was wet and if possibly some water got in the motor, filter was dry. My cousin jumped on and gave her a few kicks and it started right up. He made it about a 1/2 mile before it stalled again, this time the kick start seized up and wasn't budging a bit, 190 lbs on it, it didn't move. Cousin got his truck and we brought my friend home. A few weeks later my friend had told me he didn't have oil in the crankcase, turns out he had no idea with most 2-strokes you need to put oil in the crankcase. A few days after that at the lunch table at school I was talking to my buddies about how my crank dipstick was cross-threaded and my buddy with the blaster told me, "Mine just has a tube" I thought to myself wtf is he talking about? He's like ya its just a tube you pour the oil in. lol turns out he didn't even have a dipstick, so any water and dirt could easily creep its way into the crankcase, all my buddys got a kick out of the "crankcase tube".

My friend blew his banshee when he hit the nos for the first time, brought it to Roger the ripoff's yamaha dealership, charged him $2400 for rebuild. My friend didn't pay a cent he just let him keep the 4-wheeler. Buddy bought a 440ex from the same place last year, and blew it within a month, cost him $1300 for motor job and a new swing arm because all the bearings were completely shot.

I was lead to look into serval cub motors in a previous thread I posted. I was wonder if any1 has 1 because i cant find any videos of em considering they are pretty new. My bike now tops out at 83mph and I wanna push it a little more, but add some low to mid-range power, anybody know what kind of setup would be good for that, or do these servals are mainly for low to mid-range?

Wow your right, that actually better then what i was thinking, seems alot cheaper too.

Hey all of you on Bansheehq, I got a 2003 Banshee with tr6 pipes and stock motor as far as i know, the guy who had it before me worked at the yamaha dealership i bought it from and said he hadn't modded the motor. Northern Maine A.T.V. trails are great and I love riding all summer long and even ice riding on the 13 mile lake across the street. Im getting used to my stock motor now and its got plenty of balls don't get me wrong, but im not the baddest banshee in town. Buddies 485cc 4mil is, but he wrecked that bike already cause the trails i ride are not meant for cheetahs. Anyhow i was wondering if a 404 big bore with a 4mil stroker kit be a good idea for my style of rideing. I don't tend to ride the powerband all the time because my trails are, lets just say you tourqe it too much your gonna be in a tree, like my buddy. The dirt roads i love to open her wide open and i smoke all my friends already, but i still want more. Would wildcard be a good place to call to build me the setup i was talking about with an trail port job? I still wanna run pump gas at 91-93 octaine cause the race fuel station in my town charges an arm and a leg for a gallon of anything above 95 octane. Anyways plz tell me what you think.

I was thinking about buying a 421 cheetah cub motor from trinity, but i have a few questions about. Could any of you tell me a price range of how much it's going to cost me to get the complete kit, porting, v force reeds etc.. I was also wondering what kind of port job would be best, because I do alot of trail riding so im not looking for an all out drager I'd like that mix of top and bottom end power. I also want to know what size carbs would be best and if the motor would be good running on 91 octane. More importantly Im wondering how long Id last on a full 3.2 gallon tank of gas, and if the tr6 pipes I have right now would go good with it. This is the first thread i post so please don't chew me out if i did something wrong.
