My bike with bead locks My bike without bead locks 20-11-9 tire and wheel size Those are the tech3 bead locks, the only thing that I have had a problem with is they didn't want to seal without using bead sealer on them... And if you tighten the rings over 11-12 ft lbs they don't want to seal right. And remember when you put the rings on, tighten them in a circular motion, NOT a cross pattern

I have og rockets and +4 swinger with roundhouse and I've never had an issue

I run 4psi in all my tires

At the dunes last year, all my friends had 4strokes and I had my banshee. We were trail riding, and when we trail ride we have a game called try and out run everyone. We all take turns leading the group and see how long it takes to loose everyone. Every time I was in the lead on the shee, it was less than 5 min and there was no one left behind me There was only one time that I lost the leader and it was because the guy in front of me fucked up and I couldn't get around him

I also have been running 22" ambush tires at the hill climbs and launching in 2nd. 160 main jet I think a 48 pilot in it and mid clip on the needle right now and it's running spot on. Dennis you should bring your bike over to my place this weekend and we can compare and play with them and have us a good ol' time

I really think you will be fine in 2nd gear with 15/41 gearing. I ran the hill last year in 2nd with 15/41 gearing and had no issues with staying on the pipe and that first hill is not really much different than before. Is your override tranny at a stock gear ratio?

I would just run the b8es plugs, and from the sounds of it your next build should be a 421 serval... 35 pwks and some CPI, shearers or rocket pipes and you would not believe how much more power you will get
