  14. WWWOOOOWWWW i just read 8 frekain pages of this thread.... all i have to say is this.... I work for Toyota building their P.O.S. forklifts our design engineers i am pretty sure are sponsored by Crayola ...... as for the peons like me that build the fork lifts have to decipher the mess of a drwaing they give me to build a special design part that took 10 pages of drawing to drill 4 holes in 2 1/2" steel plates... all i say is K.I.S.S. = KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID there is no freakin need to put a damn ecu on a quad ANY quad especially a banshee...
  15. ok i am still new to the bottom end of the banshee for the most part..... what is the true difference in a stroker and long rod... i know the stroker obviously gives you a longer stroke but what is the use of a long rod?? what are the pros and cons of either...
  16. i am located in Brownstown, IN zip code 47220 forgot to put that in
  17. i have this handgun up for LOCAL trade only obviously i cant ship it.... i am looking for a decent roller would like it complete minus motor would be great if it had halfway decent tires and pipes.... I am located in Southern Indiana bout an hour north of louisville and a little over an hour south of indianapolis.... I have a like new in box (hard case) Springfield Armory XDM .45 w/4.5" barrell i bought this gun on 2-17-12 VERY VERY nice weapon has had 26 rounds shot through it (2 mags) comes with 2 loaded mags gun holster mag holster speed loader extra grip back plates 2 additional boxes of match grade fmj ammo, i do NOT carry this just sits in a case on a shelf... i am asking $650 cash (firm) or trade for a decent a arm banshee roller.... here is a link to the spec page of my gun it shows the one with a silver slide mine is the black on black model.... looks better than the silver on black i think... i can email or text actual pics..... http://www.the-m-factor.com/html/specs_6.html thanks, and please be polite if you have aproblem with this please dont trash the thread... all i am wanting to do is complete and better the banshee i have...that i got screwed on
  18. ok my trials are pretty tight at times..with some pretty decent hilll climbs,, but i also have some that are long and straight.... what would be the better kit to get more low end power...but still wind out pretty high... my options are: option 1) just my standard motor, stock crank, 65mm bore stock or milled head option 2)the Athena 392 big bore kit stock crank option 3) http://www.ebay.com/itm/YAMAHA-BANSHEE-YFZ350-STK-LONG-ROD-CRANK-WISECO-PISTONS-/140587353571?pt=Motors_ATV_Parts_Accessories&hash=item20bba8c5e3&vxp=mtr again this would be a 65mm bore stock cylinders pipes will be either dmc 916, fmf fattys, or older fmf gold series my cylinders no are completely virgin (but need bore) no porting.... will be running stock carbs.
  19. thanks for all the info guys... i will probably use the threebond as i will not step foot into my local yamaha shop..for personal reasons...lol...thats a story in its self
  20. ok i have worked on several banshee top ends.. but i split my first set of cases yesterday to change crank seals and check crank.... i knew there was no actual gasket for the cases but what is thebest type of sealer to put on the cases... and any tips to get a better seal would be greatly appreciated....thanks
