ok i got a 2000 banshee motor has been completely rebuilt just got it together has less than 2 hours on top end less than 6 on crank, Hot Rods long rod crank, new wiseco pistons, fresh bore, polished exhaust ports, billet reed spacers, TDR carbon fiber reeds, milled head, adjustable timing plate (set at +4 timing), pro taper bars, new clutch perch and brake lever, new grips, new graphics, plastic has some scratches and stress marks but not to bad, aftermarket suspension (older but nice white brothers rear, unknown fronts but feel good), tires are in ok shape, i run 50/50 mix of 110 and pump fuel has FMF fatty pipes and powercore 2 silencers.... will also be including flywheel puller and carb sync tool and anything banshee related that i can find for it...i dont want to sell this but i need to....runs great i am asking $2300 obo CASH or partial trade....***PARTIAL TRADE ONLY*** trades i am looking for are guns with ammo (prefer handguns or rifles) or ????? make an offer email though here or text 812-498-4065 (text only) located in Brownstown, IN 47220 about an hour north of Louisville, KY and just a little over an hour south of Indianapolis, IN

ok need to know how to test my stator and my coil.... i know i cant test the cdi... got rebuild done and know i dont have any spark.... tors has been removed as well as key switch has been removed and wires for key are tied together....the tors box (beside coil) is still there.... i need help i am already pissed with this thing ....

having the EXACT same problem with mine....... but some one (before me) has cut the key switch out. do the throttle switch and tors plugs need to be tied together.....i also have tors removed

ok put a new clutch perch on my shee, and i have no play in the lever and cant adjust it out on the perch... is there an adjuster on the basket i know there is a bolt/screw in it if that makes any adjustment please let me know what i need to do...THANKS

ok i have these 2 pair (at this time) of LED lights i was going to use one pair but have decided that i dont want to get into a wiring mess...these are 12v DC lights...so your banshee will need to be converted... let me say first off these are actually forklift lights but they will be very easy to use stock frame brackets i think... they are about 4 3/4" diameter and about 2 3/4" deep they hold 6 LED bulbs in them... the rear housing is a somewhat hard rubber, and they are sealed beam... one set has just a clear lense on them and the other pair look like the old style stock headlights kinda have that texture look to them... i am going to start them at $65/pair obo SHIPPED i will only ship to the lower 48 stated

thats cool i just need to know how i convert it from ac to dc current.. the lights i have are 12 volt dc

how do i convert it over to DC.... is there instructions to do this anywhere.... i got me a set of nice LED headlights off a forklift that are nearly identicle to the stock lights

curious what voltage does the stator put out to the rectifier to run the headlights... 12 volts i assume...please correct me if i am wrong

as of right now i have it set at +4 timing... i will check the compression when i get the top end back on... would be sooner but i ordered the wrong diameter pistons , i am the one building it...

what i was thinking of was mixing 91-93 octane with 110 race fuel at a 50/50 ratio bring it down to around 100 octane range.... plus i REALLY like the smell of race gas..lol

ok this may be a dumb question but i have never noticed this before, but i bought a set of 795 series wiseco piston on ebay... they are marked as 65mm (which is what i ordered)... but i measured them both, one reads 64.50 exact and the other is 64.49.... are they supposed to be like this.. my cylinders are on a wore out 64.5mm bore was going up to even 65mm... i have rebuilt many top ends on many different things but have never noticed this before.... or did i just get a "mis-stamped set of pistons".....
