i took my first ride in one the other day. it had been setting for 5 years and needed a fuel pump, tank, and a tune up. fired up sputtered for about a mile then hello power! i was used to driving a 455rwhp mustang and i still had respect for the GN after driving it. as far as dependability i don't have a clue, but what is better than seeing a car pull up that you cant hear and when the tree drops it lifts the front wheels? YEAH!!!!!!

do a compression check when it gets hot.

you want to know what the temps are coming out of the engine not coming in.

have you done a compression check since it sucked up sand? checked for fire? make sure fuel is coming out of the tank?

it's getting hot....... check your impeller, but first thing is first. how long are you pinning it? what all is done to the bike, is the radiator clean and clear through the fins?

sounds like it's fouling the plugs. what do they look like when he pulls them out? make sure the air filter, or filters are clean.

dude i have been running numura's in my alky bike for well over 10 hours of hard riding. i have seen one numura skirt break in a cr250, but you should have seen how the bike was ridden. pinned in the corners with the brakes locked up and sling shooting out. yeah no shit they wont hold up to a constant 12k...... neither would a stock (art) piston or any other cast style for that matter.

i will take the filters if they are for stock carbs.... let's see some pic's. pm sent

yes he is childish, but is that a real excuse to not pay for the repair? honestly? big companies deal with whinny asses everyday, but those whinny asses spent money and customer satisfaction is key.

why would someone "RIP" a set of paddles just to try and get a refund? just admit you either A. knew about it, or B. didn't look them over good enough to call them "good condition" either way a refund, or repair cost should be refunded.

your going to need to get some reed spacers to kick the carbs up and back away from the clutch lever
