  1. i have had coolant come up through every head i have ever owned. it's imo a design flaw on most aftermarket heads. the studs are exposed to the water jackets unlike the stock gasket. i use silicone on the threads and it stops the issue.

  4. 0 compression is bad..... even if you took the rings out it would show something.... broke crank, broke rod, etc would show 0lbs
  5. i can't believe no one needs these. the cylinders go for 200-350 on fleabay and the cases are priced very good for what they are.....

  19. i have seen them and ran in both 4pokes and 2 strokes. seen 1 fail in a cr250 (sloppy bore) and was ridden by a ex mx'r wide open for about 45 minutes before it broke the skirt. i ran them in a "get me by motor" fresh bore. ran them on alky and didn't cut them any slack. fast trials, dunes, etc and never had a issue with them. they looked brand new after 6-7hrs ride time so i re used them in my wife's banshee. i would say conditions right they should hold up well. well setup bore, proper tune, and no over revving the piss out of it.......

  22. nice cases, only thing wrong is where a rod rubbed the stator side (only cosmetic) 150 shipped. also have a set of stock cylinders that are suppose to be .020. 125 shipped, or trade for a billet clutch basket. will upload pic's tonight. cylinders measure 64.38 will need to be bored to a 64.50
  23. unbolt the cylinders and have a sponsor port them, then bolt them back on..... kind of a bolt on lol that would be your next real step.
