depending on your state of tune specialblend... believe it or not, most people are not that close to "in tune".. I use q16 on a regular basis and if you are in almost perfect tune, the change in jetting is about 2-3 sizes..

Out of what you have listed Q16 by far, however you most likely do not need the octane. look into MR12 still oxygenated but only like 102 octane.
