Just to be safe i let it run for a couple min. with the radiator cap off and then top it back off as needed. but no they are not as picky as cars u dont have to bleed them just let it burp its self and call it a day

Welcome to the hq... the vito's 404 should be a 68mm bore u could check that for starters. stock bore is 64mm. but u should try to get the imfo from the guy u bought them from to see if they have been punched over at all since the 404 kit and what kind of porting he had done with it.

I will do $140 shipped and thats a good deal from what i have seen like i said it is used but it is in great shape. i went to a 4 mill stroker crank thats the only reason im not using it

just for reference the raptor 700 rezzies are 1-3/4 in longer than the yfz shocks and the springs are way stiffer

also look for a set off of an 07 se model they will have a step on the bottom of the rezy they are the hi/lo comp shocks and work amazingly well. they also have these on some of the raptor 700 but those are 3/4 inch to an 1 in longer and the spring is stiffer and doesnt have the tight coils at the top.

ok how do you wire up the second regulator and do you just get another stock regulator?

price isnt an issue just want to get the best one out there and not have any problems. is the ricks motorsport made in the US? im not sure how to run the dual regulators is it pretty easy to do?

has anybody ever used one of these i need to get rid of my 200w ricky stator and need the wattage for lighting. Is there any body else who makes the high output stators besides lazerstar and are the moose stators any good? thanks Nick

its possible that your crank seal is leaking just enough to make the one side smoke more. or it could be that you put more oil in the right bank during the build and it spit it all into the right pipe and is still burning ride it around for a lil bit and get her pipes good and hot it can take a while somtimes cause the oil will get into the packing in the silencers and saturate them

i also have a set of stock reed cages

they only parts i have left after cleaning out the garage are a stock set of frt shocks with covers a stock swing arm and a stock steering stem and maybe a decent used clutch if your interested in any they are yours not really worth much to me

ok what is your set up what pipes, ported at all? is it a stock bore and stroke? so i can jet the carbs for ya. I just threw out a my old chains a month ago sorry cant help ya on that one. also what type of intakes and reeds are you using. thanks Nick

well tell me your elevation and temp. i can jet them almost spot on before i ship them and i have lots of extra jets i can send u,, is there anything else you might need? i might have somthing floating around both the carbs are freshly rebuilt with new float valves and in great working condition tors have been eliminated. let me know your thoughts we will make this happen
