  1. X2 with Loco on this one. I think you have yourself a paper weight... Don't smoke but - seen one guy make a cool ash tray for his garage out of a deystroyed head if your one of those that hates to throw stuff away....just my 2cents
  2. Still think this little turd needs his ass beat - one of those classic mom holdin one arm up for leverage whille she's wearin those cheeks out moves
  3. Might need the wipers on goin in there....lol
  4. Anyone else ever try the paint trick above I wrote about?
  5. Take a can of cheap ass spray paint, give a little shot of it down in the grip so it lightly coats the inside of it - (this is two fold it will lube it a bit to get it down on the bar & then dry so the grip wont move) - now put the grip on and go get a beer, once the paint dries she's done. I discovered this one night after several cold ones with the boys in the garage, it worked great and have been doing it for the past 3 race seasons. All of our race bikes (Yamaha & KTM) have ProTaper bars and we're sponsored by Progrip so - yeah, tend to use their grips. - not sure about other brands of bars & grips with this method but its on point and never had any issues with them slipping on our racers. Few tips on this method; - Now don't be pissin' around sniffin the shit and let it dry up, all it takes is a quick shot - jam your finger in the grip run it around the inside once to ensure an even coat and get it on with a quickness. -Don't get all excited you learned a cool new trick and load the damn grip up so bad it's dripping and you have shit running all over your hand like a window licker with an ice cream cone in July. -Hold the spray tip right at the hole of the grip, don't be thinking your some sort of professional painter halfway through a case of BudLight and try to hold the rattle can 12inches away from the grip. Remember guys like Chip Foose paint for a living - you have a 99cent can of rustoleum & just wanna ride your Banshee. -Go clean your nasty ass colored finger off with some of that orange shop soap before you pick your nose and think that hottie is staring at you cause your a chic magnet with badass grips on your quad. - NO, she's wondering why you have flat black primer war paint on your face.....
  6. Anyone have any preferances over brand of sprockets?
  7. Thinking its about time to change out my chain & sprockets - they are currently stockers - Just throwing this out there to see what all you guys are running for counter / front & rear sprocket gearing. AND what kind of riding you do with your set up? Dunes / Trails / Drag Race / MX race / GNCC - etc....
  8. Yes, agree with these guys above - bump that pilot jet up. Also after it has sat for an extended period of time you probably have had some fuel evaporate leaving some premix oil residue behind plugging up the pilot jets. The pilots are your inital fuel circut before the mains take over - I.E. if they aren't working your not starting
  9. Here is the link but I cut & pasted it in case they take it down - My link Originally Posted: Thu, 10:33 AKDT Dead Moose -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Date: 2008-05-08, 10:33AM AKDT -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have a dead moose free for the taking. Apparently, moose are a natural resource and belong to everybody, until they die, then they belong to whoevers property they die on. So, according to Fish & Game, the moose now belongs to me. Sweet!! So, if you want a free moose, please come and get it before the bears do. You could use it for dog food, or stuff it and put it your front yard, bear bait, whatever. If you live in the lower 48, this might be your best opportunity to get a free Alaska moose. I dont really care, I just want it out of my yard. Please reply via email, I dont need all the animal rights folks calling me, its dead, and according to Fish & Game, its got no more rights... 10. I agree - offer 2500 cash, you'll def make out considering a few of the after market upgrades = Elkas, vforce& pipes. Then by the sound of it the prior owner was quite the fan of " aluminum " bolt on crap - strip off what you dont need and hit up the recycle spot and make back some cash - lol. I'd stay with the Engine Ice - it's a great product, I run it in all of our race bikes, finally got on board with a sponorship through them this year so now it doesn't damage the check book anymore. Expensive but worth it. Never burnt down an engine with it and we race in 100 degree heat. BTW where about in the badger state are you from?
  11. Glad I came across this thread I'm in the process of installing one and was thinking about doing the same thing. I like the one in the bar pad real clean looking, but was thinking about hooking up somthing like volfan. Few questions - volfan - did you have any problems with clearance of the fuel tank cap? Also the trailtech has a power cord they recommend going to a battery, however our Shee's don't have them. Did you guys hook this up? or just run it off of the vapors internal battery? If you did hook up the power cord did you tap it into one of the power lines going to say the head lights? And last - I would assume what little electrical power this thing needs the stock stator should have enough to power it right? Thanks in advance for any insight - figured I'd hit up some guys who have already had experience with it.
  12. That is one Bad Ass Kazuma!!! lol - Good thing he's got a "cut front bumper" to create that down force or she might get away and flip over under the sheer power of 250cc's of screamin chinese semen. "custom positive-track-read-end-set-up" lol " i have $65 just in the dual pipes alone" lol that's quite the mod to have dual pipes on a one lunger 4 stroke! Crazzzy Fast!!!
  13. I've used AMSOIL ATF in our KTM minis for years - the stuff holds up great - before we had used valvoline dexmerc with 2oz of two2cool. Even though they are "supposed" to have the same chemical properties the AMSOIL held up 10x better and always still looked brand new when changing it out. We had much less wear on the shoes and clutch drum and didnt have to re-stack the clutches as often either. They would hit harder and more consistant comming off of the starting gate - which leads to more hole shots. I've been running 10w30 in my Shee tranny since 06' - I'm going to change it out this weekend with AMSOIL ATF and see how it works - I figure it it can handle the heat and pressure of those tiny motors running at near 14,000 RPM the Banshee tranny shouldnt have any issues.....
  14. Yes, you should have re-jetted it after you put the pipe on - otherwise your not getting the full use of those pipes. Agree with the guys above the boost bottle doesnt do much.
  15. Any of you guys ever mount a "Vapor" made by Trail Tech on your Shee? It's about the size of a small GPS, mounts on the handle bars. It gives you engine temp, RPM, Speed, Top Speed ever hit, odometer, hour meter, trip meter, ambient air temp, etc - bunch of shit..... I looked them up and they run over 180$ ?? I happen to come accross one the other day brand new still in the box sealed for 30$ so I bought it - figured I couldnt really go wrong for that price. Never seen much about them on here though is what makes me wonder............is the install worth the time or am I just going to end up drinking beer in the garage taking the thing off in a few weeks?
  16. I do the same thing but use AMSOIL ATF... great results
  17. If your gonna drop the cash to build the motor & everything else- buying the plastics to get that color is definately the way to go - painting them never comes out worth a damn.
  18. ha ha nice nice -hadn't seen that in awhile - lol
  19. She loved the thing but has since moved back to a dirt bike - she'd rather rip it up on 2 wheels
  20. This one is "Just A Blaster" - but your Banshee reminded me of this one my sons & I had built for my wife while she was in Iraq -
  21. If that was my kid I'd beat the hood rat out of his fat little ass..... Anyone see mom? dad? nope....imagine that another useful member of society we're all gonna go to wrok & pay taxes so he can freeload, reproduce & repeat the cycle. *My grandma never had blinin' dubs 22" rims? WTF Rodge?
  22. Numbnuts (Whyzedtwofiveoh) - print this out and tape it to your handle bars...... "Common sense is often an uncommon virtue" And if this phrase needs to be explained to you - do your self a favor and sell the bikes. Sounds like another fine case Mom & Dad malingering on being a parent & are no where in the picture here like they should be. I have boys 13 & 15 yrs old. They know the difference between right and wrong and if a cop pulled in my driveway with some stupidity like that they could standby for an asswhoopin and get to see their dirt bike on eBay as soon as Johnny law left.
  23. A man walks into a psychiatrist's office wearing only underwear made of Saran Wrap. The psychiatrist says, 'Well...I can clearly see your nuts.
