I run the same setup as you are and use 27.5 pilot, needle in middle clip and 320 mains. You will love the DMC pipes.

If your happy with the jetting the way it is now then leave it and take a little extra gas with you. You don't want to lean it out trying to save fuel.

I run the Kenda Kutter XC's and we ride everything from grass to rocky hills and I love them. First set though so I cant vouch for how long they wear but they bite great.

Yes, just use the split in the cases as 0 degrees and go from there. +4 seems to be the sweet spot. -

Sounds like the float needle is not seating properly. Clean the carbs and take a look at the needle and seat and replace if needed.

I ordered a standard J Arm kit from Tim and it showed up yesterday. Beautiful craftsmanship. Fit and finish are superb. Great communication. I would highly recommend Stellar for any of your fab needs.
