that is true...got better aerodynamics!!! lol...im building this up to ride all sorts of different things so ima be gettin it too dirty to try and clean all kinds of polished stuff...but when im done with this build id like to start a drag build and might have to hit you up!!! How much have you guys paid to get your frames powder coated? Also have you got things like swingarm, a-arms, calipers, cylinders, cases, levers, and any other little things done. I am wanting to get just about everything done and wondering what kind of price ima be looking at so i dont get shocked when i start getting estimates. Also, i read that you shouldnt p/c cylinders or heads because the p/c is an insulator...this is the first time that ive ever heard of this and have seen cylinders with p/c before. I think this sounds like bs but wanted to see if anybody has had any experience with it before.

There aint too much down this way unless you know somebody with private land that they ride on. other than that there is dirt riders in oakley which is a club you can ride (costs like $50 a year) or this place in taylorville but it would be like an hour and half or 2 hour drive from champaign. i need to get ahold of one guy and see about ridin his mx track he built... a few of my friends go there but i havent made it yet

don't get me wrong...id like to have a zilla to play around with. it just seems that everybody ive ever met with one will not admit that there is something that can beat it and the reality is that there is always something faster or better. what all you got done to yours snop?

Have you ever noticed that every ltr 500 owner claims that their zilla is the fastest thing on the planet!!! lol browsin through ebay i seen one that has pipes and a cool head and claims that it wont lose to a banshee with less than $12 K in it. I know they are really fast quads but they are not gods gift to four wheelers...lol...i just wanna hear a story bout how somebody tore a zilla up just to make me sleep good tonight!!! lol

hell yeah...wish i could go in Oct!! I have yet to make it to badlands. i'm starting to think screw the complete frame up build and get the motor done and cram it back into the frame!!! lol

sounds like you guys plan a few trips a year there...hopefully i'll have my project completed by next spring so i can hook up with everybody next year!!!

if you see another one of those boss ones goin that cheap let me know lol...i seen a magnum radiator that was similar go for bout 190 shipped...i fell asleep and forgot to put my bid and it ended thru the night and havent seen anything cheaper than 260-270 since then...have you had good luck with your boss radiators???

Hey guys i'm lookin for a radiator that is in really good shape. I would prefer an aftermarket but would consider a stock radiator that does not have bent up fins and still looks real nice. Thanks guys

ive got a set of silver a-arms with yellow shocks...what kind of riding and weight are the shocks set up for?

Since its already broke is it worth buying the case saver. The break is already close to the clutch arm so if it happened again it could screw that up right?

Thanks for your advice guys. It doesnt leak or anything its just purely cosmetic. I dont have the chunk that came out. I'll prolly just square it out like spurdy said and call it a day. Why do Banshees have such a problem with kicking their chain off and breaking the cases? And is their anything to do to help prevent it?

Thanks. I was hoping to find a cost conservative way around the issue but i think i am just going to have to find a new set of cases. I thought about just living with the broken ones but i want to do it right the first time that way i dont have any regrets with the finished product

I have a 96 motor with a broken upper crankcase that i want to replace. Can i replace just the upper case or do i need to find a whole new set? I wouldnt imagine that there would be fitup issues with mix and matching but wanted to ask first.

what kind of porting is done on the cub?

Has anybody used a Magnum Oversized Radiator?? and if so have you had any problems?? How does it compare with OEM and Fluidyne?? I found one for pretty cheap and just wanted to know if its trustworthy or not
