  1. $1700? Thats a hell of a deal man!
  2. I set the timing to +6. Changed my needle from the 3rd clip to the 2nd from the top. Im just waiting for a new slide for my PJ carbs, and will run it tonight and see what the difference is.
  3. I also have 34 PJ's. I have 152 Mains. 45 pilots. Air screws 1.5 turns out. CEL needles with clip 2nd from top. All mods in my sig, 900' sea level.
  4. WOW man. No words can even answer what you just said.
  5. So, will i notice a difference in power?
  6. As the title states. Will i notice a difference?
  7. Haha I bet you guys can't tell me the size of the bolts off hand can ya?
  8. So it is that simple? Pull the cover off, loosen three bolts, shift plate to desired timing, tighten 3 bolts, reinstall cover? That sounds like it takes 10 minutes. lol
  9. I can see the numbered plate though when I pull the cover off.

  11. My builder installed a timing advance plate, and I want to bump my timing up to 5-6 degrees instead of 4. I took the cover off with the phillips screws, and I see the stator and plate back there, but what do i do now to get it to 5? I just dont want to fuck anything up without knowing what to turn.
  12. I need a sync tool to be shipped to me by wednesday please! Jeff is out of them.
  13. I bought a set of used Keihin PJ 34's and have had them installed in my bike for about a week now. I was syncing the carbs and noticed the slides look different. I pulled them out and left left one at the bottom, the taper is huge, like the big u at the bottom. The right side is much flatter. WTF?
  14. Yes off of the bowls... Does it actually make it run better with the ran up ?
  15. Technically if your air screws are way off, and your idle screws are way off, no, it wont idle. But make sure there is no dirt in the carbs.
  16. Are you sure both carbs are clean inside? Are you sure the carbs are properly synced, using a sync tool? Are you sure there is no air leaks, checking using starting fluid?
  17. Like everyone told you, you MAY end up at a 300 main, but start richer and double check!! Make sure air screw it 1-2 turns out, start at 2 turns out and go a 1/4 turn at a time in and see how it reacts.
  18. You wont need a 30 pilot, youre not even ported. Run the 27.5 pilot, start richer like 330 or 320 and work down, Dont start too lean because it can cause damage.
  19. 89 mph on my bike via gps.
  20. Start at 330 mains, 27.5 pilots, stock need on middle clip. Test drive and complete plug chop from there.
  21. I have been told that if you run the drain lines up, and tie wrap them to the frame by the master cylinder, they run better. Should i route them that way or just down through the hole by the swinger?
  22. Ive been using Amsoil Dominator, simply beacuse it smells amazing. But now I can get Klotz locally and not Amsoil. So is there any Klotz oil that smells bad ass as Amsoil>?
