I posted about this in general discussion but thought it was more applicable to this sub-forum. I came across these Mikuni VM round slide carbs for a steal. They are mint and I believe they are 34mm. I know its older technology; can these be used on a banshee? I have 28mm pwk's on my shee right now but I believe they have broken air screws. Would these carbs be too big for my setup or should I stick with my pwk's and get them looked at? Stock stroke Drag port and Bored T5's Pods with outerwear - no box VF2's What application would these carbs be used on? Thanks for looking!

I have T5's that give me trouble completely sealing around the cylinder port. All springs are accounted for. What could be the issue? Also, what would be repercussions of the issue with performance? Thanks

You will find many sponsors here with any part you will ever need. Also the for sale section is excellent. You will also find many tutorials and others questions on the modification and repair forums. When looking at a bike for sale. Make sure it runs, Make sure the suspension is solid, Ask about engine work and who did it. You can look at a few things to see how the upkeep was in general. Was the gear oil changed regularly? Are the sprockets and chain fair? Are there any leaks? Basically you just don't want to buy a bike that needs a lot of parts. But I'm sure after you start working on it.. you won't be able to stop! Its fun and pricey!
