Hey fellas I am on the verge of finishing my first banshee project/rebuild. Behind the oil drain bolt under the engine is two bolts. The bolts on my shee are slowly becoming saturated with my tranny oil and dripping creating a nice tiny puddle in the mornin. What should I be looking for to fix this? Thanks in advance

Hey guys, Im building my first banshee and I have run into a problem. I bought a motion pro banshee throttle cable but the ends dont seem like they will fit in my carbs. Do I need to buy a certain cable for my carbs? My carbs are 28mm Keihen pwk's Any help or information would be greatly appreciated, this banshee project just keeps running into road blocks.

did the testing and I found out my stator is actually fine. Thanks for the help. If I ever do replace it, I will let you know first thing. thanks

wait so you are telling me I don't have to buy a new stator and it still works? Im a college kid with not a lot of money to play with haha.

When I had bought the banshee this summer, the bike would not spark. I have bought a new flywheel and I figured the stator might want to be replaced too.. It is pretty worn lookin'.

ya, the 35 watters from F.A.S.T i was looking at, the same ones you must have with stock location replacement..Or I was going to put them on my handlebars so when I turn at night the lights are wherever I steer.

hey guys, i have to replace my stock stator and i am planning on upgrading to trail tech lights too. Will I be better off going above and beyond with a 200 watt stator or will I be fine with saving some money and getting a 100 watt stator with the adjustable timing plate? tryin to get this money hole out of my pocket and into the trails haha.

update:: My frame/a arms/tie rods are all gettin painted satin black and Im gettin them back on wed or thurs. I will post pics...it should look 1930s gangster style. Haven't decided on my plastics just yet..I still have to buy a lot more important stuff for my engine.

pickin up the frame in the am tomorrow and might be able to get it painted as soon as tuesday. i never knew deciding colors for my quad would ever be this hard...

haha so after he tells me he accidentally shipped it to florida; my local station calls and said it arrived.. lets get this bissh painted :evil:

Hey guys So I bought a frame off ebay that came with a title and the shipping is the greyhound packge express. I found the closest greyhound station with package express and gave my phone number and the greyhound station to send it to. Well I bought it and they guy said he shipped it tuesday. Its going from Ohio to New York. He is shipping the title seperate via certified mail which should be here some time too. Neither still not here today and he said it would be here wed. or thurs. I called the greyhound station and they tell me they don't do the package express anymore due to space but they will call me when it shows up(The website states they still do though). Greyhound station also said if they don't call me by sunday they will try to figure out where it is. Here's my question, do they give the shipper some sort of receipt or tracking number or anything? How long does it usually take for the shipping with greyhound? I have a weird feeling I am getting screwed with right now.

i have come to my decision buddies. frame is on a greyhound bus comin to a better home right now. :cool: I will post some before and after pics of the painting when its done in like 2 weeks. i would tell you guys my decision but i think it would be pretty fun postin pics of the scheme. like i tell my friends..im not gonna keep talkin about what im gonna do, im just gonna show up with it one day.

Im likin these ideas...murdered out would be sick, the white with red shrouds would also be mean lookin. I would also consider the blue and black if my brother were not doing those colors to his quad right now. I was also thinkin about pc'in red and blue parts with black plastics and goin from there. Kinda spiderman colors if you will.
