  1. He told me I could be around 320-340 but I was assuming that was for summer weather. Temps are only around 50-65 right now .
  2. That’s my biggest question if the cpis are worth the money. I feel like the port job would really show with a better top end pulling pipe like the cpis. Just dont wanna dish out 400-500 bucks on a good set if I won’t see much difference.Sense the dune port is mostly topend port
  3. It seemed to run decent up top, besides I think I need to do a timing plate and coolhead for half and half fuel, I think it would pull harder. Along with CPI pipes. Think my need is on 3rd clip but not sure. Seems to be good down low
  4. Thanks guys for the advise Kevin said it run good with t5s. Guess my question is if you think cpi pipes will pull better up top then my t5s. Are they worth the money?
  5. Mods 40 over, t5 pipes, stock carbs with pods, boysen reeds, dune play port from hjr, compression 135 has about two hrs on new motor. elevation around 1100 temps are around 60 degrees I ran 350s last weekend in 50 degree temps ran decent, just looking for input what someone else is running with similar mods.
  6. Looking for a set of inframe CPI pipes and silencers . Have some t5s I would trade will money on my end. Let me know what you got.
  7. I have a decent set of t5s I'm looking to trade for a nice set of CPI in frames. Have money to boot to.
  8. Hey everyone I recently sent my motor out to Kevin at hjr racing. Kevin was a stand up guy fast turn around and answered all my questions I had about the process. I had him dune port my cylinders, new top end, true and welded crank reeds, new clutch, shift star, and few other things. Took it for a ride the other day thing rips good. Bike is stock stroke running stock carbs and pods along with t5s. Kevin said it would be a good runner which it seems I'm curious to what else I could do to get a little more out of my port job. Cpi pipes? Timing plate? Would bigger carbs help? Also considering a cool head with domes to run half and half fuel.
  9. Looking for a nice set of chrome t5s and silencers. Have cash in hand. Also nice set of black plastics
  10. They a mid to top? Any pics? I have t6s now and some porting there holding it back I feel. Around 200 buddies want me to ice race but I'm racing sleds to so funds aren't as high as they are in summer months. Damn lay off season
  11. Hey guys I’m looking to get into ice racing with some buddies, looking for a good set of t5s, and I set of aftermarket reeds. Maybe a set of studded front tires. Would love to get a deal on these parts! Thanks guys!
  12. Hey guys haven't been on here in along time. I'm having issues with clutch. I ordered a new clutch cable in which I found out it won't fit. I'm wondering if maybe I need to adjust my clutch inside the cover. I got a manual, and have read through about lining up the arrows. Im just curious if anyone knows what the length is suppose to be for the cable, and wear the process is for properly adjusting the clutch inside so there isn't any lurching forward. Thanks any any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
  13. Hey guys! Havet been on here in along time, looking at redoing my banshee this spring/ summer. I'm looking for some stock stroke dune ported, or a play port of some sort. Also looking for a set of used t5s with silencers. Also looking for a new set of black or blue plastics that are in good shape.
  14. Got it figured out guys, put new plugs in ran good for about 5 miles and started running shitty again. Went and bought new plug caps and it runs the best it has ever ran.
  15. yes I did and have the jetting a tad rich on the main jet. Im starting to think its electrical maybe the spark plug cabs
  16. Road today for a half tank ran really good, got home shut it off and went out to ride again later and it was running shitty again. I think it might have something to do with the floats larry. Just seems like its flooding the motor with fuel and it can burn it off, has a bad bog and goes in and out running on one cylinder
  17. hey guys put my filters back on after I dried them and it seemed to run better only problem I'm having is when I'm idling it to warm it up it wants to run on one cylinder and if u give a little gas it it will run on both. After warmed up it will idle just fine, just wondering if anyone else has had this problem in the winter months when its cold out?
  18. Have good fuel flow to the carbs, i dryed filters in the house gunna try that and see how it runs. Yes it has 145 in both cylinders, Slides are in the correct carbs and yes just pods no air box
  19. Another thing I'm not sure on is i always run 91 in by bike it has around 145 or so for compression and the gas station only had 87 no ethanol so i put that in there. It just seemed as it was sucking snow dust in the filters and ran shitty.
  20. Hey everyone, well been working on my banshee this winter getting it already for summer, and a few rides this winter. First of its .30 over mx port job, T6 pipes, Reeds, and pods. I know the T6 pipes aren't the best for what i have done, but don't have the extra cash to get different ones at the moment. Carbs are jetted 27.5, and the main right now is a 370. I live in wisconsin so I have it jetted for about 10 degrees. Yesterday I went and road the river with some buddies the thing ran awesome, until I got into some deeper snow and the filters got wet. It burbled and died, so i figured i got water into the carbs. Took it home and cleaned carbs put it back together and it got better, but still wasn't running good would run good for a little bit, but then act like there was still water or something. Anyone have any ideas on what i should check, I thought maybe because the filters were still damp or had ice on them.?
  21. thanks guys I tore my old cylinders off and isn't much wear so I won't be needing any new cylinders thanks for the quick replys
