Hey everyone its been awhile sense I've been on here, love the way the site looks. Im looking for some ported cylinders stock stroke. Either dune ported or something that has a professional port job. Rebuilding my hole wheeler and wanna start fresh. Would prefer the cylinders to be on a lower bore .20 over or maybe .40. Would prefer pistons but just cylinders would work. Also I don't want have to bore them once i get them just want to bolt them up and go. Thanks everyone

no i havet I've road rocket up there though in the summer sounds like a sweet place to ride might have to do that this summer

hey guys been awhile sense I've been up on this site..love the new look. blew a head gasket in my banshee other day and went to change it today and one of my bolts is striped were is the best place to get the helicoil and how does it work? Want to get it going sense its finally nice up here in wisconsin.

Well guys found out the problem when my old water impeller went out must have blew the head gasket out! Put a new one in today and road and no problems man I missed this thing sense it's been down

No I havet been filling it all the way up cause someone else told me that on the fb page so maybe pull head and see what it looks like? Idk what else could be Is there way I put impeller in wrong or a gasket went out down there?

Ya that's next thing maybe new head gasket? Is there a gasket by the impeller that could cause this?

Hey guys I had a post while back about my banshee pushing coolant out of the overflow. It started out I replaced the stock impeller cause fins were broke off and got a Billit one ever sense then it's been pushing coolant out of overflow but it ain't overheating. I've replaced cap put new radiator in aint smoking white at all like its burning It and runs strong. Now is there any gasket that could have went to hell from putting new water impeller in? Or have it in backwards I'm stumped and wanna get it figured out and ride thanks

I do have a overflow bottle and no I've been just riding the roads to much snow up here! Never did this before I put new impeller in

Most of it comes out of overflow and drips on bottom on my pipes. .

Not that ik of how would ik drain coolent? I road it today for hr and it did it again it drips right on the head pipe coming from motor but motor ain't even really hot

No radiator house coming from pump

Hey Guys I got my water pump impeller fix do to the stock one fines broke off got the billet one well now it seems when I ride it runs awsome but everyone once in awhile When I shut it off thing smells like coolent and some will come out of overflow and drip on the pipes! Other day the hose came off by the pump and yesterday alittle was still coming out by there? Motor dont run like its hot u can put your hand on head and it's not crazy hot any ideas?

hey guys got qustion my banshee has a noise coming from either clutch or stator side only really makes it when i first start it up its like a ticking noise we thought it was idler gear well fixed it and its still there does not get louder when u give it gas and after its warmed up its not there runs like a raped ape crank was good when we rebuild it only have 10 hrs on it jw what else it could be seen someone said maybe water pump? or something in the stator? and help would be nice

Allright thanks figured that's what it was it kinda comes and goes but just wanted some more opinion on it Did yours end up breaking apart or did h fix it first

Hey guys I have a lite ticking noise coming from my motor don't sound like the crank but when you push kick starter down u can hear it not every time u push it but like every other time Just wondering what u guys think it could be runs good

Got it going seems to run ok we're the jetting is no but it's around 50 degrees today. Anyone think what the other post are is a good place To be at or go up more?

Thanks for the help it was werid put the carbs and everything back together and no more noise its werid started it sounded just like it should took it for a spin and seemed to run good With no noises so really don't know what it was

hey guys im in the process of getting the banshee ripping again for the winter switching back to stock carbs havet rode it in about a month but it ran good when i put it away. today go and try to start it and i hear a ticking noise almost like a card in a bycycle spoke so took stator cover off looked at that was fine took carbs and reeds after got the reeds off it stops when u turn it over so i figured reeds were bad put my stock ones in just to see and it still does it just not as much just hoping its something simple and aint my crank it just dont make sense to me that it didnt make this noise the last time i rode it any help would be appreciated thanks

Mods t6 pipes mx port job reeds and now stock carbs again with pods We're i live it's getting cold it's 20 30 degrees and getting colder were we're at 1,185 feet above sea level. Jets I have no main is a 340 and pilot is 30 don't know what clip it's on jw if that's somewere close I havet rode it just dont wanna blow it up just got it together and have couple hrs on it Thanks

I would do that make offer its 115 new and I only used it 5 times then bought bigger system

come on guys someone take these there just collecting dust any offers?
