spray some liquid wrench on it and let it sit than hit it with a hammer but with the nut on it of coarse if that doesn't work you will need to use a pickle fork

try tapping on the float bowls first before taking it all apart. it happened to me once so i tapped it with the handle from a screwdriver a few times and it stopped -
this is called dieseling when this happens to a motor could be the flywheel key or the plate. senn it happen on a mazda pickup once

Yo 310 i was going to get a cub but then was told it would not be a good choice for the kind of riding we do around here! its all mid to top end so its going to be hard to keep the wheels down in the trails. last time i went trail riding i recall i needed to steer. but thats just what i was told. did you ever do the yfz 450 conversion and lets see some pics! -
