have ported jugs the kid thinks it is a duncain port for mx but it isnt aggressive port . plus 5 timming vitos hemi head with 18cc domes.stock crank i think it said 27L in the rod. bike is fast and has monster bottom end. i just put procurcuit platinums on it with bored stock carbs.

How would one know if they have piston slapp?? What causes it how do u fix it and what happens if u run a bike with piston slapp. I just redid everything in the clutch case due to a nocking sound and it is still there. Bike is 80 over I honed the cylinders a very little bit the way it should be done with continuous motion and new rings both cylinders have 180 psi. So where does this leave me??

When I first got this bike I changed the ringes gave a fast hone new o ring for the vitos hemi head and did two ridesans in two 5 hour rides with no problems.started fine tunning the jetting and a steady nocking started in the clutch cover opened her up and the was slop in the basket and a extreamly loose idoler gear. I installed a new basket and a idoler gear. Started her up and same nocking can it be a bad impeller.

Need sum fresh jugs. They are rare but hope u have them.

Does it have skidplate mounts ? What's. The shipping to 10306 ny

opened the clutch case and there was massive slop in the clutch basket and the idoler gear was really loose. so i ordered a new basket,pancake berring,clutch,idoler rebuild kit,and a new outer pressure plate . ordered all this from f.a.s.t . thx for the help

What am I looking for when I look at the fly wheel it is tight.

need a clutch basket with the gear attached. and i need the idoler gear sprocket.clutch lever also . please let me know if its 110% good parts

when the bolt comes loose does it cause a nocking noise i am having a similar problem

have a nocking sound in my clutch cover . i plan on opening it up today or tomorrow any thoughts on what to look for or what it can be???? when i pull the clutch in it still nocks?? how do i tell what it is from it is a steady knocking doesnt get faster or slower .

need the clutch arm ,pressure plate,ball and rod probably clutch basket is it still available .

when richening the needle u move the clip up or down haveing a serious brain fart.

more top end i support the idea of two carbs also if ur not ported get ported get a set of procurcuit platniums or DG pipes had both they kick ass.if ur jetting feels good up until half throttle in 6th play with the needle a lil

i had this problem on two different banshees and it was loose wires from the stator to the cdi box in the back of the bike if i was you i would go over all eletrical . take the whole harness off strip it down and clean it up and re wrap it .
