Yea my boy was going to get them but they were on back order for like 3 months. He called everyplace possible willing to pay anything no one had them. It is also a extremely heavy tire.
yea i have the streamline ss lines. they arent like yours with two direct lines from your mastercylinder to your calipers. i have one line from my master cylinder that t's off to two lines one to each caliper. carl blead them so we will see .
this is after shaving 1/8 of a layer of hard ass carbon build up in my pipe.
this is after fillinf the pipe with industrial oven cleaner and putting a space heater on it to heat it up.
i donot reccomend doing this to ur pipes if ur not going to get them refinished. do you gut think this is good enough to go to the chromer now????? i think i probably will gain like 35 horse power now lmao j/k.
i did mine so did wacko2000. we did the bend on the top of the steering loop in the front .the bottom where the steering loop meets the frame. and the sub frame where the grab bar mounts. i think that was it.before u put in ur gussets make sure ya shit is straight
I would have to agree. I had stock carbs with port work pc's and at sea level I ran a 27.5. Also ur running toomeys which is a higher rpm pipe so u will probably have to bump it up one maybe.
ok gearing tires???????? how do i figure that one out. im running stock gearing with 22's. so 20's will give me optamal tire spin. what gearing should i be running. i also do alot of trail rideing.
so heat seems to be the way to go!!!!! but is it normat to have that much build up around the exaust port? i bought the pipes used so i dont even know how old they are .
im just getting into hill climbing and i decided to go with a 22' realtor. we hit mainly coal hills in P.A. last time we were hitting hills we didnt get to take alot of video due to major jetting issues between wacko and i. i was way too rich and wacko's bike was haveing major shifting issues.
So i am getting my pro circuit pipes chromed so i decided to clean out the carbon build up inside of them. when i took the header pipe off there was about 1/8 of hard carbon build up around where it attaches to the jugs i was amazed.is this normal?i have been soaking the inside of the pipe with solvent. any other tools or chemicals i can clean all the oil and carbo out with? i would hate for them to contaminate their chrome tank i might never see my pipes again!!!!
