  4. I have a stock head shaved .030 no pitting and in great shape. I just took it off a running 04 motor. Give me your email if interested and I'll send pics I also have a completly stock head that I took off the bike when I put the shaved head on (I bought an extra for shaving) very low hours on it and great shape as well.
  5. I been to that track in Friendship before. Its a pretty decent track, I lived in Clarksville so it was a long ass drive but had a hell of a time. I got my ass handed to me pretty good a few times, I had a stock shee with just pipes and that was it. When I used to go there was some bad ass 250r's and banshee's there.
  6. Definatly get everything from one spot. Makes life easier. I will soon start building my 4mil cub and I am for sure going to use f.a.s.t or HJR. From reading around on this site and even emailing kevin @HJR a few times there work and customer service is top notch.
  7. I have a set of stock jugs pistons and head shaved .030. I just tore my bike completly down and I am getting rid of the old stock stuff to help buy new shit. My cylinders are in great shape, it was a perfectly good running bike. Could probobly just hone and rering without boring.
  8. guess he decided he didnt need them
  9. Is that carrier for a stock size axle?
  10. dibs on the front a arms if yamaha11 doesnt take them email sent
  11. Man I am in the same boat you are. I am military so obviously dont make alot of money and I have a family. I just started my fram up rebuild drag bike and I knew from the start I probobly won't hear my banshee run for about 2 years. I am doing pretty much everything myself to have extra money for parts. Im ok with that though because I love to polish, fabricate, paint and all that good stuff. My bike won't be the fastest bike on the drag strip but it will be a good start and I will have done everything myself. Good thing is I have paid all of my bills off except my gixxer (about 9 more months of paying) which is another expensive hobby.
  12. Yea man this happens to everybody especially if you get frusterated, then shit really seems to go wrong. When I start busting knuckles and breaking stuff I usually take a break and drink a beer.
  13. I have been debating on race gas or alky for my bike. Is there a bike performance gain with alky over race gas? I am building a 421 cut for 1/8 mile asphalt. Biggest problem I have is finding alky over here, I know I can get race gas.
  14. +1 thats how I like to do it. Im new here but I'll give my opinion anyway. 1st...I think if you have nothing better to do than argue and talk shit over the internet and threaten someones site than your retarded. Loco, your the man in charge so banning someone is up to you but someone making threats against your site is not cool. I don't know the guy so I have no problem with him. The bad thing is there are so many computer nerds now days you dont know who is capable of what. I would personally tell him to take a chill pill and try to come to some kind of common grounds. Or maybe talk him into calming down a little on his post and threats and you 2 just not communicate anymore. Thats my.02 I just joined this site and think its great so I would hate to see anything happen to it. Theres alot of smart people on here with alot of knowlege about Banshee's. -Jerrod
  15. Yea I'll definatly post up some pics soon. Like I said though it will be a very long build but will be worth it in the end.
  16. Just thought I would introduce myself since I am new to the HQ. I have an 04 LE and just started building an 1/8 mile asphalt drag bike. Its going to take some time to finish since I have a family and the military doesnt make me rich. I have been riding forever but since I live in Belgium there isn't alot of places to ride in my area so I figure 2 years left here to finish my shee and then I will be moving back to east TX and I can do what I love to do. DRAG RACE!! I have been looking around this site for a couple weeks and there is some good info on here so I am glad I joined! -Jerrod
