Can someone tell me the torque specs for the big nut that holds the clutch basket on? Where would I get a chart of all the torque specs for the whole motor? Thanks

I got a set of primary gears (big gear and small gear) off an 04 motor. They are in perfect shape I just went with some straight cuts so dont need these anymore. 110 shipped or best reasonable offer. I can send pics tomorrow, just PM your email.

I would get rid of it all together. If someone wants your bike they will take it with or without a key. Im going to get rid of my key and run a tether kill switch on my drag bike, thats all the key I need.

my first thought is the compression tester. I cant see the rings being so bad that is has no compression, I guess its possible but there would have to be nothing left of those rings. You can do a leak down test, I mean the air has to be going somewhere. Only other thing I could think of are the reeds or the jugs are sevearly over bored but that would probobly be obvious if you took off the head.

Wow what a discussion! A buddy of mine has a decent zilla. He has pretty much everything that you can do to it except a stroker crank. When the track opened up and his first time out he ran 7.1 in the 1/8 I believe or somewhere real close to that. Thats on spray but before he had it dialed in. I dont know what hes running now I will have to talk to my brother but from what I've seen his bike is pretty reliable and he sprays the shit out of it every pass. I would still like to own one maybe not for the drag strip but it would be fun to trail ride or just take out down the dirt roads and rip it up.

I flipped the back rims on my shee and never had a problem. I had the fronts done on my 300ex the whole time I owned it. I put that thing through hell and back and no problems.

I dont know exactly how many hours are on the motor, Im guessing around 30 or 40. I bought my shee new back in Nov 03 and left for the Army in Jan 04. Since then it has not had alot of use. The motor was stock except pipes. I just compared it to my new 4 mil crank and the side to side play seems the same. I will measure if you give me directions or atleast try. Thanks

I would split the cases for sure. Its worth the time and effort just to be sure nothing is floating around in there. Thats my opinion but its your call, good luck
