Are the carbs good for all around riding or more top end?

I just got my motor back from hjr and took it out this weekend and played around with the jetting but it seems like it should pull way harder then it does, being a stroker motor. Im running cpi's, 140 psi, 35 air strikers, with 14/41 gearing. any ideas where i should start?

U can port it for a 4 mil but i personaly dont think its necessary. with the right port job and a stroker crank that thing will rip.

sorry to jump in on this post but i had a ? about my seals. i installed new ones about 4 months ago and now im building a 4 mil so i have to split my cases again does that mean i need new seals?
