I just finished my build and everything went smooth and came together like it should until i got to the clutch. when i dial the clutch in to where it needs to be the pancake bearings hits my clutch cover and pushes it out. if i try dialing my pancake in to where it doesnt hit the clutch doesnt engage so wtf, any ideas?

    Man Pismo is a cool ass place to go ride I mean there aren't very many places u can camp right on the beach and then go mobbin in the dunes right from camp so to all the tree huggers tryin to shut it down you can get f%#*ed!!
  8. what bearings do you have to replace if any?? i'm replacing all the seals and gaskets but not sure if i need new crank bearings or what all i need to replace.
  9. o..well i cant figure out why my coolant is leaking into my motor oil. any ideas??
  10. How do you know if the washer on your water pump is on backwards, I heard this will cause it to not have the right seal.

  13. Im replacing second gear in my transmission but since I already have the cases apart I want to replace everything I need to. So what is the best way to tell if my crank bearings are bad, my shift forks, and all my other gears. thanks fellas

  15. what gearing and paddles are all of you running on your duners. all mods in my sig
  16. Its just my opinion but i built a 68mm stock stroke cub and didnt like it, I would go 4 mil if your doin a cub.

I forgot to mention sometimes on that metal stud/hose there is a rubber gasket around it and that can get pinched in there and not create a good seal. so when u take the cover off make sure that o ring is on nice and good. also when putting it back together run some oil around that hose so it slips on with no troubles
  18. I just went through this with my bike. I had to pull my clutch cover and the hose that runs from the water pump to the outside of the case was loose in there so i put some sealant around it and tapped it in to where it was supposed to be. no more leak so far. hope this helps
