the only way a that much extension will help you is if you have a nice long shock, you may have to relocate the rear shock (like the sundahl frame) but then the rear will float over the desert well. then you just need long travel up front.

The lase link is better then the 1st anyway. sorry didnt work. from what i understand the races are roughly 40 mile loops. 2 loops for dirtbikes 1 loop for atv not all event have a atv class must be AMA signed up. checkpoints every 10 miles ther is pitting i dont know if ther is required equipment like nerfs, chestprotector, kill tether, or neck brace. Ill find out when i go out ther next weekend

i plan on making a trip for that weekend or for that monday and tues, im not to far so ill jsut go for couple of days/. Whats the easeast way to recognize your rig if i want to stop and say hi? Were will you be camping at?

Anyone know of any desert quad cross or desert quad xc near southern california? Maybe johnson valley area or 29palms. I think someone told me the ama district was 36 or 37 maybe.

my buddy went riding in the snow on his stock bike he said he was having blast but he would have to keep stoping and breaking the snow out from the front of bike he said it was just packing in on the bumper a-arms shocls and frame and would make front real heavy

ill be going in feb for pres. day weekend. prolly go oin that mon and tuesday weekend will be kinda busy. The dunes do get beat up but after one night of hard winds the dunes change and are fresh. I usuall go in late april sometimes a little warm and windy but nobody ther and fresh dunes.

wll if your not leaking any oil or its just leaking a minute amount you can seal the hole with jbweld or a 2 part epoxy that hardens like steel(only a temp fix until you feel like taking it apart) I recomend just taking it apart now cuz the piece the is missing form the hole could be int he motor. i also recomend buying a case saver.

Just ride it. maybe adjsut clutch.

installed the graphics today. way easier then i thought it would be. Just cleaned plastics with rubbing alcahole then i used spray bottle with soapy water and applied. Tip----when removing sticker from its wax paper dont grab corners with fingers.

Table tops that gradually slope out to the lanind are grat for learning you can go small at first then hit it harder and still have the slop landing, after building confidence on a table move to small doubles or even jumping nice whoops sections on trails.

MAXIMA CHAIN WAX. works great. heard not to use it on o-ring chain due to sand getting stuck and eating o-rings. Ive never had that problem. I clean the chain often and wax after. Ill rewax before i ride depending on what it looks like.

if it looks more like metal flake then metal chunk and your oil looks more grey then brown or red most likly its the clutch plates. If the oils smells REALLY bad then its hte clutch plates. Was ther chunks? was ther pieces stuck to the drain bolt? Does the bottom end sound like something is broken? If you dont hear any noise and its opertaing normally, check the oil after next good ride and see how it looks.

I use caster 927 in my old machines (78yz250, 74mx360) I feel the caster is nice and sticky so it oils the old machine and keeps it not sticky but oily. I run 32:1. I have noticed that if i mix some caster and gas, if i dont use it and it sits for a week, it will tend to seperate and the oil falls to the bottom of tank. In my shee i use yamalube, i usually tend to mix slightly heavier then 32:1, sometimes im riding really hard or in hot weather. I have a freind with a all stock 06 shee, 86250ratc bolt on mods, 88cr125 hot rod crank, and a polaris scrambler, he uses amsoil and he mixes 80:1. I told him he was crazy. I had gotten a 97yz125 for cheap(bike was stolen from me april of 09) and he gave me a bottle of amsoil so i used it at his mixture, the bike ran fine. But i still dont trust the lean. Before the bike was stolen i swithched back to yamalube. I dont like to use difrent oils, i like to start with one and keep using it (yz125 was a exeption). Does anyone knoe if it hurts to swithc oils?

ya s10 have heavy as hell doors. My driver door sags. the hinges on mine have to be replaced/reweleded. just crew pice of sheet metel over your floor hole.lol

2 k&n pods w/outerwears is the way to go if you dont ride mud or water alote. Remove the airbox youll need something to hold your cooland res, unless you cut your airbox.

are you getting spark? recheck all your connections. Were the stator and the coil the prolblem?
