  1. I was just wondering how you get the back of your head busted up and your nuts and hips both broken. OH WAIT watch this video.
  2. well get one of your friends to email me with your phone number and home address and we can go from there... [email protected]
  3. Just thought I'd pop in here too. I have RZ jugs only that are Trinity ported mild and bored and ready for .050 pistons. There are no power valves or controls. I'd like to get $350 for the pair. Unless you want ported jugs for a project, popey's deal is REALLY good. Where else you gonna get a pair of jugs for anything for $300 ???
  4. Here's what I'm going to do... WAIT for you to follow these simple instructions 1- send me an email with you HOME address and HOME phone number. If I ever get that from you, I will go to the post office and mail out the flywheel Priority Mail. You can send your flywheel out Priority Mail and I will Paypal you for the shipping. My email address is... [email protected]
  5. First of all... WELCOME to BHQ. The home of some of the brightest minds and deepest BS in the world. I know this own't help much right now but the first thing you need to do is get a Clymer manual for your Banshee. Second, there is no real secret to getting the axle nuts off other than the ones you tried. You could very carefully grind a notch in the outer lock nut not quite down to the threads and get a chisel in there. Of course the nut will be ruined but it will come off. One of the problems with using a pipe wrench is that it gets most of it's grip by squeezing so one something that's rusted on and probably got loctight on it, the pipe wrech may actually make it harder to come off. I've never dug into a clutch so someone else will have to step in there.
  6. That sounds a little too "seat of the pants" for me. an oz of what kind of oil? The link says tranny oil, some guys would say premix oil. Some of us are running 24:1 Kmart lube and some are 100:1 full synthetic. I'd need a little more info than add an oz. Can you ask him if there's any science to his add an oz. method?
  7. You should never let banshee and log play together someone always gets hurt.
  8. This one look any better? Send me an email so I know who you are and your address and phone number. [email protected]
  9. I found one of my other ones but I think it's from an RZ. I'll look around tomorrow and see what turns up. I think I have 3 spares other then the one in the pic. It looks alot worse in that pic than real life. Just a little powder on the surface. No pits or anything.
  10. While we're all having a picture party, why don't you snap another pic of the side of yours.
  11. I'm wondering if the solvent qualities of the Xylene and Toulene would have a negative effect on the premix oil.
  12. Snap a pic of the edge of the flywheel too. I have several. This one is one I already had a pic of already. No idea what year but it was pulled off with the correct puller and ran fine before it was pulled off.
  13. So if I add a gallon of Toulene or a gallon of Xylene to 5 gallons of 92 I can get 96.7 or 97 octane respectively? Has anyone tried this? I was brave enough to switch to 80:1 premix but I don't know if I'm man enough to add paint thinner to my premix.
  14. Show me yours and I'll show you mine
  15. Thanks man. I'll have it boxed up ready to ship by tomorrow AM. Just send me a pic and your address to... [email protected]
  16. Send me a pic of yours and why you are getting rid of it to... [email protected]
  17. Yeah and the funny thing is it would start on the second kick every time and no lower end noise. I have no idea where that side of the piston went. Banshees are as good as any other engine and probably better... just have to LISTEN to the warning signals and fix it before it goes really bad.
  18. Dude you have the POS head now you need the NOSs head You can always get another stok head if the money is too tight for an aftermarket head.
  19. Titanium transferrs heat very well and I don't think {don't really know though} it's very hard to machine. Inconel on the other had is extremely hard to machine and it's heat transfer rate would probably be equal to stainless but it is so tuff that I'm pretty sure the domes could be made so thin that heat transfer would not be any problem. The thing about Inconel is the toughness. They use it for jet engine impellers. I'm almost willing to bet an Inconel dome could handle a complete piston failure undamaged. I also wonder if there is a slight {probably VERY slight} HP boost from having a HARD dome. Just a thought. I could even provide the material.
  20. Man Screamin you are the man all jumpin' on this stuff. If Screamin' can't hook you up, I'll do it. [email protected]
  21. he he he yeah I am kinda like that
  22. Why is it that when I finally get a PD head and find that what I really wanted was a Noss head and then Screamin' has the one I really wanted. Screamin... send me a pic and any possible trades you might want/ need OK? [email protected]
  23. I couldn't agree more. One more question {I think I've asked you this before} Have you ever tried using other metls for the domes? Perhaps Titanium or Inconel?
  24. So Dave... What's the BHQ price on a Noss head with domes? I see you have a blue one on eBay for $149 BIN but no domes and the old style that needs longer studs.
  25. Why is he selling it ?
