Good lookin trail bike. Can't go wrong with yfz calipers and ss lines. Only bumper I found that I like is the Alba bumper. How do you like those Fox shocks? I got Elka's on my Alba lt a arms and they work great.

I agree...that's way too long.

From what I understand the studs do need to be removed. I always remove mine before a bore and hone just to save time.

I trail ride my shee all the time...tight technical trails and some wide open fire roads too. Never had an issue with overheating. They can be a handful but that makes em special and it keeps you on your toes.

I run em on the front of both of my trail bikes and they work great...definitely cheaper than razr 2's and work just as well for a lot less money.

Check both cylinders. If there is a 8-10 psi variance between the 2 or if it is low its time for a rebuild. Usually the higher end gauges are more accurate.

If you want more low end go with the vf4's. I recently switched from my stock cages and tdr reeeds to the 4's and it made a diference. The power comes on sooner and is smoother than before and still pulls like crazy in the upper revs. Also go with more compression to help low end.

The vf4's are great. I recently put them on my unported trail bike and I love em. The power comes on sooner and smoother and they pull harder than my stock cages & TDR reeds in the upper revs. Well worth the money IMO.

Here are a few pics of me racing last weekend. I was in 4th place until a broken throttle cable on the 2nd lap ended my day. Still got some work to do to make this bike better like a shorter swingarm and possiby a single carb set-up and v-force 4's. This was the 1st race with my shee...I used to race a 250r. The course was very tight and technical and had some deep mud holes but it had some good field sections where I could make up some time. And I need to get in better shape before my old ass goes at it again!

Oh wah. Go work on your drag junk or whatever kinda yama ha ha ha you got. My bike ain't pretty...don't need to be. It actually gets ridden more than your ole lady. It's a trail/woods bike that gets dirty. Until you run some gncc's or harescrambles stfu. It an't all about show-n-go. Thats for folks that have to compensate for limp dick.
