You guys act like i want to cut the cpi in half.......... I just like the sound of out out of frames and was wondered if gutting the silencers would damage performance.....

I have a set of CPI with stock silencers on my bike. Bike has a 4 mill and runs really strong. My question is, will gutting the cpi silencers affect my performance? I had another banshee before with gutted silencers and it sounded great... Anybody noticed a difference?

Its a 465cc... 10mm on crank and 68mm bore cub. No expenses were spaired. I think this deal is more than fair. After all, I have more than 6k into it and have never even bolted it to the frame. Motor is still available..... I am sure I can get rid of it on ebay alittle quicker but decided to give HQ a shot since there are alot of honest people on here and have always admired this site.

The flywheel side cover is the original black one, but the clear lense polished clutch side is included. I also forgot to mention a few other goodies. Tranny has dual bearing shift drum, pancake bearing and a shift pro. Billet water pump impeller. Im sure there is more I will remember.....

What length of swingarm are you guys using????

Stroking, where you at....

I built my 10mm cub and noticed the piston to head clearance is at about 49-50thousandths..... I usually like to run in the low 40's but is this acceptable for a cub? Im using the cut domes from FAST and a 12 base gasket.
