I dont think that is correct if you are the high bidder you go to the live auction and bid against other people who are there and the high bidder wins Below is copy from ebay auction very confusing somebody is gonna be pissed you think you have one but wait we are going to have a live auction and if somebody beats your online bid they win sounds kinda crooked . This auction is being hosted for the family of Sean Taylor. 100% of the proceeds from this auction will benefit Sean Taylor's 2-year-old daughter, Jackie M. Taylor. The highest bidder from each item as of 5:00PM EST on Monday, December 1, 2008 will be invited to attend a tribute event on December 2, 2008; "An Evening Remembering Sean Taylor" where his family, friends and teammates will gather to remember him. The auction winner will be determined at a live auction during that event.**eBay bids will be taken until online auction expires. Highest bidder between live auction and online auction will win.

no pressure in rear brakes
PACIFIC NW BANSHEE replied to peterlocal22's topic in General Banshee Discussion
Yeah i just assumed that most people are up to par on there mechanical skills. The reason i have the tool it was needed for vac testing the egr system on my mothers 92 honda .Tool sat around until i needed to bleed brakes on my mustang and works so well and fast i use it on all my bikes cars or trucks -
no pressure in rear brakes
PACIFIC NW BANSHEE replied to peterlocal22's topic in General Banshee Discussion
I know how to bleed brakes i was making a point if there is fluid coming out the end you need to bleed the brakes and the tool just makes the job so much easier not to mention faster than the old fashion way .But to each there own -
Here is another cheap trick yeah it is a little ghetto but if you love riding with shorts on go to goodwill or fat friends closet and get yourself a pair of jeans cut the pant legs off to desired length slide over pipe and you have cheap temporary fast fix .I do this trick when i ride in the snow and remove when i am done

OK cut thru the bullshit if you open bleeder valve and pump the brakes and have fluid pumping out you need to bleed the brakes . Here is a link to harbor freight http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/disp...temnumber=39522 this should bring up a tool called the mityvac this thing is worth its weight in gold works great on cars bikes quads you name it .No more asking the wife to help you bleed the brakes .This is a one person operation just squeeze the hand pump and it bleeds the brakes with ease here is the part # ITEM 39522-8VGA if link does not work .Trust me worth every penny in the long run good luck -
Here is your answer kinda spendy http://jjandaracing.com/ go to other stuff on there web site and you will find the lie detector screws into spark plug and kick bike over and walla you have you stroke .The spacer plates are a dead thing nobody is really running them anymore where iam at now it is all about sleeper.Machine the head and run the correct gasket with your stock juggs/barrels and in all outward apearance you will never know stock crank or 4 mil . I think if you are smart enough you can/could build something cheaper to figure out stroke of motor with out taking the top end off good luck

I call bullshit are you kidding me when the hell did toomey make inframe drag pipes plus who makes a 6 mil crank you show me where on the internet. And yes you can have it built if you have enough cash but you spend all this cash and run dirt tires on the front. He did say at the crank but i say no way who dynos there quad motor at the crank. What you have here is a idiot that was told a bunch of shit from the person he bought bike from and spews the same shit because he does not know any better. He bought the bike hook line and sinker and wants to sale it to another fool who does not know any better. -
+4 or +6 swingarm on a dunner
PACIFIC NW BANSHEE replied to phxrider's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Go with + 4 you can get around easier on the tree shots and tight sand trails and allows you to keep the front end down just enough to hook up and drag racing up the bowl and they are really fun when you get a big ass motor 450cc + and it brings the front end up makes for one wild ride -
I would not split your case if there is oil on you exhaust i doubt it is i coming from your case where it splits apart if you had a leak you would be loosing compression and your bike would run like crap.My money is on the rubber o ring in you exhaust where it hooks up juggs/barrels these are really cheap and a easy fix.And yes the tranny stays in the bottom of case when you split it and hell yes i would reuse the piston rings

Think i can beat a 700raptor or yfz450?
PACIFIC NW BANSHEE replied to SpeedRacer88's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
Here is my two cents you did not say drags race on pavement or sand .So i in my opinion in sand going against a yfz 450 you are going to be neck and neck as for the raptird 700 you will lose there is no replacement for displacement. Now i know i am going against the grain here but i have 2005 yfz450 (my wifes bike )that has yoshimura exhaust, two brothers cdi box. lightened fly wheel .direct drive lock out clutch ,timing trick done ,four over swing arm, 38 tooth rear sprocket,k&n filter. The top end and bottom end are still factory as is the clutch .I can take my buddys four mill banshee off the line in 100 to 150 yard drag up the bowl (hill) now dont get me wrong he will hand me my ass when start to get to the top end anything longer than 150 yards .And yes he knows how to ride and when i start to lose on the yfz450 i pull out the big guns the 460cc pictured below and it is on . -
Modifying stock clutch cover?
PACIFIC NW BANSHEE replied to hollisatp's topic in Banshee Repairs and Mods
try http://directdrivecnc.net/ that should work -
You have a point i been down both roads love chrome seems like never get good quality that last and wont flake or chip once you put a wrench on it .As for stainless it has its problems but i have never knock on wood snapped off or had one seize up .In my experience with my job in industrial food equipment that requires the use of all grades of stainless for obvious reasons .That the only real problem arises when you put to similar materials together like stainless steel on stainless steele or brass on brass or aluminum on aluminum this will cause them to gaule up or seize. Thats the reason you should use a good amount of anti seize and back off on the torque a little .So for me the choice will be stainless for some things and chrome for other thanks

PACIFIC NW BANSHEE replied to banshee mike's topic in General Banshee Discussion
As far as cost goes ??? and in my opinion replacing the valves depends on age of motor and condition i would think doing new top end would be first -
Cascade sale kit cover most everything cost $350.00 that is correct 350 bills expensive as all get up but has a lot of bolts in the kit
