  7. i got 65mm stock stroke cub cylinder for sale!!!!! there polished on the outside not the best but looks good when bolted up...... has clean up port work from rob at rdz....also comes with 18cc domes and reusable pistons ran a 4.23 300ft dirt on alky..good running cylinders just going bigger... $600 OBO there currently on ebay and ill have pics or the ebay address soon thanx matt

  11. wanting to trade a 04 450r chassis i have everything except motor carb pipe and cdi for a set of cub cylinders ...preferably 4mill but would also be interested in other drag parts....the frame has a 5 inch over t-dub swingarm its painted yellow and red ill post a picture by tomarow
  12. its a fast track,,,anything over a 7 mill cub overpowers it on the big end,,,i mean a stock 450yfz's with wedges strutted with a wheelie bars can run 5.0-5.3's on the tracks you all run i normally turn around a 4.36-4.40's i got a buddy that runs a 10mill at planet sand he ran a 3.75 and at this track hes a 4.0 man cause of traction...

  14. ok guys what about a dry kit.... could a guy run his powerjets up enuff to compensate for the dry shot??? i mean the needle or pilot jet would be left alone so when you are staging up that your bike wouldnt be so rich it would flood out...and when you are 100% on the throttle the powerjet takes over and blends with the dry shot.. start at like 5hp per hole and start turning the powerjet up and keep checking plugs till you see its to lean or whatever.. what do you all think also i have a friend with a 10mill cub that run a 3.76 in the left lane at planet sand and he put a wet kit on his bike the other day and tryed it over the weekend and as soon as he got on the botton the bike just died out???? what would cuase this?he was only spraying around 12 perside,just enuff to maybe get him in the high 60's but with no luck..lol he also said that even with the kit off,,his bike was laying down on the big end which isnt normal for him and thats all he changed..

  16. also whats some of the ways you guys are running your nitrous buttons??? the guys down here weld a tab on there thumb throttle arm that bumps the micro switch mounted on top of the throttle....i was curious though if i could wire it up to my dyna rev box that way when the clutch is pulled in the bike can hit the limiter and when released the kit can come on and as for coming up the shut down you would just have to turn the main switch to the soleniods off and idle back to the line no probs... anyone else think this would work seeing that i run a twist throttle,,so not alot of options other then hitting a button with my thumb somwhere on the bars....

    nice chart...i would really like to see the dynateks 4 diferent curves on a chart like that 1...... i think a dyna would be the way to go if you buy program software and all....
  18. i have always heard that when running nos back the timming down around 3 degreesfrom what you normally run.. with alky though it looks like the bike would love the timing and compression with the high rated fuel??? my cub pulls real hard on top end with the timing cranked up so it should pull even harder with it being not advanced as much with the higher comp wouldnt it??
  19. my biggest fault right now is my crank isnt welded...lol my squish is way off at like .63 so i only got like 150lbs comp ...thats why i can run the timing around +10 with 18 domes question is do i correct the squish to .40 and up the compression to around 175-180lbs,back the timing to +7 then spray??? or leave it as is and spray on 150lbs comp and leave the timing at +10?? i was only gonna spray 10 each side...
  20. ok guys im wanting to spray my shee on alky...but i got a couple questions. im not completley new to it, i ran a n/x wet kit on a 660 raptor before with no issues. but never on a 2 stroke.. 1.with the wet kits would i need to run alky solenoids or would the reg gas 1's work??? 2.what are you guys running in the likes of a batery to power it??? 3.i see alot of people running boondockers dry kits on more stock modded banshees,wouldnt the carbs be way rich when not running the spray?how would this work with the drag bikes on alky?? 4.does anyone have any kits they would be interested in selling??doesnt have to be a brand new kit and can be missing parts, just sumpthing to get a decent base to start a custom kit for not alot of cash....

    yea its a diference.....my cub was at +4 and i took it to +10 and the diference was i was launching in 2nd on the vurge of bogging and at 10 it blew 2nd gear off.... but if you trail ride i would run it at around +4 or 5 depends on comp and fuel.....
  22. yea i know...just noticed it when i was purging the othernight. im on the borderline of needing a fuel pump or bigger bowls and i like to keep a eye on stuff..plus i figured i might have had a reed down and it was stopping fuel flow perhaps.........
  23. its a fast track as well,he only drags the 1st 100ft and it packs down hard at the big end....good dirt though,,prowedge is the only hooking tire..... now in the sand at grayson with 13 paddle extremes i can only turned mid 4.3's..
  24. i can turn my fuel on and fill both bowls up on my 38 lectrons and turn the fuel off and let it idle out and 1 bowl will go dry faster way faster then the other....what would cause this..reeds maybe????
