Ok so heres the deal i sent a post awhile back, I fouled my right plug and got a knock, so i decided to rebuild top half, just got everything together and decided to check carb sync and lord and behold right carb is lagging behind. So heres my q what nut do I turn on top of the tors to adjust. Thanks in advance
  2. im putting the head on right now and I dont know about the little orings, do they go on first then copper washers then nut or what.
  3. I want to make sure my carbs in sync. Do you need the tool or is there a procedure do with out the tool? If you need the tool where can you get it,and approx price
  4. I took off my new vforce3 reeds and one of the petals is up alittle bit on the corner, enough you can see under it. What could happen with the petal up. They only have i ride on them.If any one has seen my other post I fouled out right side plug and got a knock, could this be the cause?
  5. Im going to pull the crank and see if the seal is ok and most likely replace it why i have it out do you think i should replace the crank itself, i would like to save some money. I would replace the bearing to. My other q is Im buying cool head what domes do i need the motor is stock. And one more also buying wiseco pistons do i need to get the wrist pin bearing s or do they come with the pistons I know the wrist pins do.Thank you in advance . This is my first rebuild. I want to get all i need the first time. I plan on riding next Sat.
  6. do you just try to move crank up and down to see for free play not actually turning it.
  7. The plug got put in sat. and fouled sun. The top end i dont know I bought shee used. how often should you rebuild

I fouled out my right plug, had smoke and a knock on right side so i pulled head and jugg piston has no scars no nothing, jugg walls look good so where did my knock come from how can you tell if the crank bearing is bad. and what caused my plug to foul out could it be carburator issue? Im lost and need help
  9. Ok heres the deal, Ive developed a knock, I was told its a crank bearing. So to me thats a whole engine rebuild the thing I need to know is what to get to do it (Parts). I ride mainly mx and some trails. Dont want to go crazy on price. but where is the best place to buy everything. gaskets heads crank pistons, etc. please help. Its to close to riding seasons. Also can it be done buy a regular car mechanic. with the manuel. Ive just never taken a 2 stroke apart before. Thanks in advance. Also im very depressed now.
  10. The reason why I ask is because my right cylinder fouled the plug. Then last night i started it for a sec. and I heard A nock. And its smoking not like a blown motor smoke though. What is the comp. suppose to be at Ill check it tonight.
  11. Im thinking about rebuilding top half, What would you think the average cost would be if I had some one do it? What would you suggest in parts, motor is stock now. money is kinda limited
  12. i forgot to say what I got, 260 27.5 needle clip 4 poss. mix 40:1 t-5 vforce-3 and K&N with holes in lid.
  13. right plug is soaked, left plug a little wet, jets and needle clip are 360 27.5 and 4th poss.
  14. I was out riding and lost power pulled right side plug and its wet. I check for spark its still hitting left side not bad. What could have caused this
  15. Heres my shit first 280, 27.5 K&N filter holes in lid 32.1 mix, t-5 pipes ,v-force 3, needle clip 2 notch from top, Alt 846. Air box screws are 1.5 out. At qt throttle it has a little dead spot. Should I move clip to 3 notch and drop to a 260. Please help its really bugging my.

  17. Dont mean to sound like a smart ass but is the choke tube hooked up. I just say because i Forgot to hook it up once.
  18. Im at 280 and 27.5 32:1 mix t-5 pipes and K&n Filter With big holes in the lid. Alt is 846, needle is 2nd from top. Shee is kind of hard to start unless I tilt bike to side to flood carbs then starts on second kick. But it also has a dead spot at qt throttle. Im putting vforce reeds on tomm. Can you help me diag. my dead spot is bugging me. Think Im lean but not quite sure. Thanx in advance
  19. I just ordered the vforce3 reeds and I Assume cage. Is there any trick to installing them or any other parts I may need. Thank you in advance.
  20. Im going to buy the vf0rce 3 reeds but Ive seen some different makes if you will. Such as Moto Tassanari, Delta and one the just says vforce 3.Are there diff. ones and if so is there a diff.

  22. Just what the topics say Im going to buy new reed cage. Just wondering if i need to buy more jets im at 280 right now w/ t-5 pipes and k&n Filter
