hey so i just started working at a bike shop that sells the little 110, 125, 140 thumper and some 400 , auds and wondering if i could use like any parts expecially carbs i saw the we ahve a few Mikuno PZ30s around any one no if tthat would be like a 30mm? and anyways any small parts you guys can think of that i can use? lol

no i can put the top end together fine, i just dont trust my self to split the cases, plus i had the extra money because i just sold my bike so figured why not lol, just gotta sell me old cylinders and should i shouold be aright

Well just wondering wha ti should expect going from a pretty much stock bike becides T5s to this -4Mil stock cylinders with Aggresive Dune port -Bored 64.50 with wiseco forged pistons -VF2 reeds -Cool head -22cc cut domes -+5 timing plate - 340 mains, 32.5 pilots -( Soon ill be getting some 33 or 35 pwks) and -YFZ a arms -KFX400 shocks (soon to be works shocks) -pro taper bars just wondering if i should expect a completely different bike or what? and if any one has any clutches they would reccomend besides a lockout

yea but no i put a little scratch in the skirt of the piston, but its aluminum so its not to hard to do that lol, but never dinged the head or anything

ok thanks alot for your post but the only thing is im going to have to sell my cylinders either way because they were ported before ii decided to do a 4mil so they wont work and kevins giving me fresh jugs for 200 so i wann try and sell my ported ones freshly bored milled head and pistons for around 700 im hoping anyway lol

sorry i dont know to much about 421 what bore is that? and what kinda of pistons, crank are you using? and not that i dont trust you but can any other member spread some light on which would be a better choice?
