well got my 4 mil from kevin with the new head and everything got the engine in it fired up did a few plug chops, it was a little rich but ok, well after 2nd day i was in about 4 th gear less then half throttle not even in the powerband and all of sudden the rear tires lock up, so take it apart today and right side piston cracked at the top abouthalf a centimetre and the piston rings are like wedged to the sides, so i really dont wanan spluit the cases or will i absolutely HAVE TO i just wanna bore it and new pistons would that be possible or know? and i was running 340 mains, 32.5 pilots and needle in middle! so FUCK ME IM SO god damn fucking pissed off like so much money gone i just needed to let that out! sorry but like shittt

K when i first picked up my shee i realized heres no support that runs from each nerf bar at the front so when you stand on them they bend quite a bit, so what should i use to put through the 2 nerf bars aluminum bar? if so what length and size plz?

well i didnt even end up using them because i was wating on my motor when i had the front end together, and i just deided to sell the yfz set up but it looked good and with the 400 shocks it sat pretty high,

hey so i just ordered some +2+1 laeger a arms and some elka piggybacks and it comes with new tie rods but no tie rod ends! so can i just use my stock ends or should i get new ones? if so what brand

hey soi got some VF2 reeeds off ebay and got em today and if u look through them in the sun u can see a few spots were its not sealing near the top is that ok or no?

i didnt say i drained my oil after i turned the engine over i ahd a bit of oil sitting in the bottom of the case because it dripped in from before when i lubricated the piston rings and cylinder but i ended up taking the pistons off again so thats ow the oil got in therenothing to do with the transmission

.... how do you figure? the chunk of the piston skirt was ldged in the crank case and then i kicker the kickstart which turned over the crank and mashed up the skirt, has nothing to do with the tranny....

yait would because i had the pistons and cylinders off and i FORCEFULLY kicked the kickstarter and it musta ground up the skirt...

k well i was just admiring my banshee right and i was looking at the cylinders and the old pistons and i JUST realized theres a like 1 inch big triangle chunk out of the 1 piston.... thats the metal chunks i saw in the oil... good thing i didnt put the new cylinder sand pistons on and start it lol. but just CANT believed i missed that when i pulled them out

hey my buddy has a 2000 cr250 and just wondering what mods you guys would reccomend he do before we go to the dunes right now its jsut stock with a fmf fatty pipe and silencer so i said he should get some VF3 and possibly get it bored/honed and ported, what u think
