I have no spark, I have replaced the coil, wires, and cdi. The stator ohms out fine 18.1 on the red to green wires and 118.7 on the other. I was told the ohms could read ok but voltage could still be off. I need to know what the voltage should be?

Is the swing-arm a round or standard housing? and how much?

I would try checking your coil. I have a freind that had the same problem. We changed intakes, carbs, reedand plugs. He finaly put it on a dyno and found that the coil was bad.
