some people went +2 for tighter trails or they didnt see the need for +3 and some people did +3 because they have more of open riding areas and the +3's make it more stable. they are a huge improbement over stock though. i run +2.

yes you would be able to run the 450 shocks with those arms. the only thing is i and many other people dont suggest those a-arms. they have bad heim joints and they arent a reputable company as of what i hear and dont make good a-arms. i run the wicked 2+1 a-arms. lots of people on here run them and love them including me. heres a link and some pics of my a-arms. also even though i've never tried the 450 shocks, a couple people dont like running them though. i say your better off with other shocks like works or elkas etc. that are set-up for your weight, riding style etc. and finally what riding type are you gonna be doing for the extended swingarm? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/WICKED-PROD...sQ5fAccessories

the -2 swinger definetly helps in jumping and just in overall hook-up. great for mx and trails! turns on such a smaller radius and grips like a mofo!
