Hope you dont come upon the same mess I did the Dumbasses that I got my bike from used lock tight on my flywheel & it STUCK to the crank my buddy had to weld a bolt on to the flywheel & then use a air gun and screw a bolt up in it to get it to come of the crank to get my stator & timing plate off

I layed the plug boot on the frame and kicked it & you could here it arcing really good Ive adjusted the pickup coil to .016 and it didnt help it much I think it could be in my carbs they might need cleaned it dont kill out when you trun anymore it just faults the plug out if you dont pull the clutch in and rev it every10 or 20 feet in your ideling around

At the track tonight my bike was cutting in and out goin down the track & when you made a left turn the left cylinder would kill out & never kick back im like a plug was fauling it would run fine till it got alittle warm and when yo let it die out pulled the kill switch or anything to kill the motor it wouldnt wanna start back till you let it cool completly down. what do you all think it could be i

Just use 1inch square tubing thats what we use around here

Exactly My buddy bought a brand new sidewinder chain for his bike the first or second race he used the chain in it broke & busted his cases he has got a 4mil cub and he went & got a $30 chain & hasnt had a problem with it yet he called the guy at sidewinder & he said he couldnt do anything about but give him $50 or something off another chain. Then my chain broke this past weekend it was the second time I used it first time the bikes been to the track this year to be honest just got it together this past week it wouldnt fall out of a tree if you kicked it until we done some adjustments the next past it done pretty good to mid track then the chain broke.

you put the bearing in place of the thing where you adjust the clutch under the cover you have to but the adjustment screw in the bearing are you putting a lock up on what kind are you using because if you are putting one on from DD or GRR you have to do it a certin way

I dont have a rear master cylinder I can get rid of but I do have one for the front & the brake lines sorry I cant help you out man I actully need one my self
