  7. why do people say "grow some balls" balls are weak an sensitive,if you wanna get tough grow a vagina....those things take a pounding!

  8. yah shearers dont fit good at all, but they sound and perform so good, it doesnt even matter haha. i had to elongate the holes in the hangers and space them out a bit and i had to make and angled spacer for the left silencer mount as it was sitting like this \| . you never ran a ported bike and your gonna run a hjr ported shearer piped bike hahah your in for a awesome surprise :D . im excited for ya haaha. i like the stock hangers as they are rubber mounted.
  9. they fit, my only prob was that my old ones, the hooks bent, so they only just held. i got new ones from Wildcard. i get a skinny screwdriver and hold it side ways in both hands (handle in one hand and tip in the other, hold it like youd strangle some one from behind haha) place the spring hook in the middle of the s/driver and pull or push the spring onto the pipe with both hands.
  10. youll know as soon as you take it out. im running 14/41 and its ok, depends where you ride. i always find im in top gear looking for more. i tried a 15t, but it didnt fit with the plastic modquad case saver. so had to keep running the 14t. i think 15t 41 will suit me. go for a brap and find out.
  11. have you priced up rebuild kits between the cylinders youve suggested ?. people love the kehin's and lectron carbs here. youll need to get your trans modded and a decent clutch, probably a lockup. have you found a builder thats going to supply you with the parts ? there is plenty of them on here, in the sponsors section. they will help out, if you dont find the answer here.
  12. 1o sec idling , should be fine. throw some trans fluid in and go for a brap. it shouldnt make any weird noises or anything tho.
  13. starting from the middle and working your way out, torque in steps. 7ft/lb 14ft/lb 20ft/lb then once youve had it hot, let it cool down over night and re torque to 20-22ft/lb
  14. how do you get that much oil on the outside of the cylinders haha. dats a pretty wide zaust port !
  15. it mounts onto the inside of the frame, the brake switch will have a stud hanging out of it, and that stud goes through a hole on the frame, then you wind a nut on. from the switch is a bent rod, (it goes around the back of the kicker) then to your brake pedal.
  16. on the out sides of the transfers, you case fill so there is more area for the base gasket to seal on. (when you case port for a cub, the transfer walls get pretty thin.
  17. 87 88 had J arms, 89 on had A arms, there was a few lil electrical differences but basicly the same. just look for one in good condition. there is more after market A arms out there than J, so look for an A arm. 3500 will get you a modded bike.
  18. and with the chariot you can get the anodised black cover, i have one in my sig.
  19. the serval can be ported into a cheetah cub and in between. so if you want to move your power higher, your just a port job away.
  20. i trail and dune my banshee. i dont wanna ride anything else. only thing that makes me want a 4stroke is the banshees suck the fuel down. i get like an 1-1.5hr to a tank. four strokes get like 3 months to a tank. when my bike was stock id get like 5hrs to a tank.
  21. chariot, he is a sponsor and all of his stuff is top notch.
  22. did you buy them used or new ? if new, call up the place you got the setup from and ask them. or call up a sponsor from here and ask them what way they would go about it. .012"- .020" is common.
  23. or, pump some air into it like 20psi, then take the valve out and turn the wheel and let the water works begin.
