Well its official I just landed a new job working at Sauder Woodworking so now it looks like i will be able to get my banshee even faster then i thought. i have decided that im going to try and get an 05 or an 06. as close to stock as possible. i dont want any port work done just maybe get a single carb conversion kit (if it works let me have some feedback on that) new tires and stuff like that just try to make it a good woods bike. i have heard that they make a +4 timing key those any good?

I don't really know where to start. I mean I don't want to go overboard, a good set of pipes, new tires, new bars with knuckle busters. just want to make it a really good woods bike. this is probably a dead end question or i will get alot of answers but what is the best set of pipes for the woods?

stock tire size should be fine they are mostly flat trails some sand sections and some really tight spots. anyone know of some good sites for banshee parts?

yeah i know about the whole J-arm A-arm thing. so i guess i will just try to find something in the 2000's then. dont really need a brake light but i guess it would be nice to have on the trails since thats what i will be using it for. What is the best exhaust for trail riding? my old banshee had toomey t-3s i think. they where nice but then again my old banshee was a pile.

Ok. im new here, not new to the quad/dirtbikes scene. I have been taking a break from riding and now im getting back into it. I used to own a 93 banshee (impulse buy) I was Just wondering what is the best year for the banshee im looking at getting another and want to do it right. i have been told a 2000 is the best then the people at my local shop say an 04-06 is the best. I figured i would get on here and ask people that actually own them. Money is not a problem i have about 3500 to spend on one. not looking to spend all of it would like a little cushion for upgrades. So with this being said. What is the best year for the banshee.
