  1. That is a very high contrast color scheme. I personally would tend to go with a frame color that is more neutral. That way, if you decide to change the color scheme up, you don't necessarily have to change the frame color-which of course is the hardest part to redo. If you are really wanting to use blue, a blue frame would give you more options.
  2. Bought some pipe hangers and a billet impeller from him this week. His prices are good, he is very responsive to PM's (includes tracking numbers), and his shipping was the fastest I have ever seen. I'm sure we'll be doing business again in the future. Thanks Shakar!
  3. If you do need to remove some powder coating, use a q-tip dipped in acetone and it well melt the powder off the metal. I find this method easier to control than sanding it off.
  4. Guess I'll have to trace this a little further. My harness may have been cut at one point.
  5. It's a square plug as far as I can tell
  6. I'll check the plug when I get home and let you guys know. Thanks
  7. PM replied. JamieG45, what do those pipe hangers look like? Also, can someone tell me the difference in kill switches between the years? Thanks Shawn
  8. Need some pipe hangers, a factory style headlight/kill switch, and a billet impeller. Let me know what ya got.
  9. Bump. Will also consider a serval setup.
  10. I'll take the domes if they will work with a serval cub stock stroke.
  11. I'll take the pancake bearing (with syrup) and the used bar clamp. PM me a paypal address and a total. Thanks
  12. Let me know what you have in a mid-range ported 4-mil cylinder setup ready to run. I need the cylinders, crank, pistons, and some 21cc domes. Building another bike, and this is an option I am exploring. Thanks
  13. I buy stainless acorn nuts at Lowes. They are very cheap---seems like they are less than $1.00 each.
  14. no one has anything ready to run?
  15. I need the light/kill switch and the rear hubs. Also, do you have the upper fender supports (the ones next to the radiator?) Thanks
  16. Looking for some pistons and cylinders with low hours ready to run. No drag or dune ports. Trail or mx port would work. Would entertain a serval setup if it works with stock stroke. Let me know what you have available.
  17. Found everything I need. Thanks zilla and wacko.
  18. I use a rubber mallet and tap on the bottom bolts once I have all the top bolts and bottom nuts removed. This is safer than prying on the gasket surfaces and won't damage the threads. Also, did you remove your timing plate? Yes, you can reweld or rebraze the little piece back on. I did that recently with a mapp gas torch and some aluminum brazing rod. Make sure you file the case and the broken part to form a small "v" when you hold them back together. This will give the rod a better bonding surface. Also, if you have a billet stator cover, you can bolt that in place (without the gasket) to hold the broken piece in place while you braze or weld it back on.
  19. Cross domes off the list. Thanks, Zilla. Still need the timing plate and extended studs.
  20. Building a bike for the girl...need a few parts. Adjustable timing plate 21cc or 22cc domes Extended studs for cool head Stock crossover tube Let me know what you got. Thanks.
